The Metroid Headquarters web site is going to be having a "live" event, which will last for 101 hours!
The objective is to run through all of the Metroid games live, on-line, in the presence of the global gaming community! =]

A series I would LOVE to have a marathon for is Castlevania. Its been my favorite series (basically a tie with FF, but deff my fav non RPG series), for yeeaarrrss. Every since I played Super Castlevania IV as I kid I;ve been hooked. I still play that one from time to time today lol if they did it with Castlevania I'd be extremely happy.

Hey, that's a great game for a marathon!
I'd love to see some experts beat that on hard difficulty in a matter of hours. XD

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that they are playing all of the Metroid games on hard difficulty (for those games which have that difficulty).


This means we've got about 2 hours and 30 minutes left before it starts! =D

I'm ready to see some sick ass Metroid playin then xD I wanna see Ridley die at the hands of a pro! Its gawna be epic

I know! I'm assuming these guys are pretty hardcore, this is the most thorough Metroid Marathon I've seen to date.
If it ends up being as awesome as I'm expecting, I'll be one happy fan of these peoples.
