I have a setup common event which set's up Variables and other switches and also has a small intro line. I have checked ALL aspects of the event itself (check the spoiler below for the original help topic which includes ALL screenshots of events)

Original Topic located here
Basically My common event is running during a battle...which I don't want it to happen,. as it is for my intro scene...here are all the Events I am using:

Event which calls the Common Event(on setup map)

That one works perfectly fine it calls this..

Common Event

Okay biggrin.gif

Soooo everything works fine it calls my event when I want it too, to show the intro text that appears before my first scene,
I turn off the event again in the first scene...

I get through the first scene and to test out the battle system I have a battle placed in the bedroom:
Battle Event(different map)

I run the battle (Yanfly's battle system) and the battle begins to charge, and as the gauge increases it prepares to attack...then he attacks and suddenly my Common Event Runs again! during the battle!!

Could someone let me know what I am doing wrong biggrin.gif I have tried switches everything but NOTHING is working
Thanks In advance biggrin.gif

Basically the moment that the enemy's bar gets to the top, and attacks me. What it does is activate the
common event that I made earlier. I have tried changing the event number, using the Exit Event Processing Command and also the Erase Event command. This had made NO difference.

I then decided to comment out ALL of Yanfly's BEM, just to see whether it could be BEM...I found out it was

so what I am wondering is, is there something that can be done to stop this problem!

Here is a video clip to show the problem:

Clip!

Can this be sorted out?
Thankyou for helping in advanced biggrin.gif
