Full Version: How do you skip movie clips?
Is there an easy (or if there isn't an easy way, a more difficult way) way to skip movie clips ingame? Like, if a video clip is playing, and I want to skip it, how do I do that? I've tried every button on the keyboard to skip it...to no avail. And I haven't seen any other way to skip it. What am I doing wrong?
That's because you can't. Maybe with a patch you could but I'm not that knowledgeable about patching RM2k/2k3.
Okay then, does anybody know of any patches I can use and where I can find them?
I have no Idea what I'm about to say, but here's a thought. If it's a "scene" for your game, before the scene starts you could maybe have a yes or no option to play the movie. Like I said I don't know what I'm talking about. But that way if you have already seen the scene you could skip it but I guess you'll have the issue of someone accidentally pressing the skip option. In star ocean 3 I'm pretty sure they gave the option to watch a scene or skip it.
