http://www.untoldentertainment.com/blog/20...corn-adventure/I bet you guys probably have seen this already, but I thought it was pretty neat! I thought it was entertaining (they have a nice sense of humor) if you can get past the whole Ponys and rainbows. But most of all, the father encouraged his daughter to make a game and she did, which is awesome. They went to the Toronto Game Jam where you had to take 2-3 days to make a game.
I dunno, I myself was even discouraged by my parents to play games, much less making them which I really enjoy. I think that's a great idea and I'll probably do that with my own kid when I have one and they get old enough!

Haha, thats pretty cool for a five year old, nice little point and click game.
Pretty good work for a kid, hmmmmm. My daughter is 3 right now so maybe in a year or two i could teach her maybe.
Would be cool and I bet the father is very proud of her, and so he should be.

It's cool she is making and enjoying games while she is still young, think of all those years she has to get better, I feel like a old man now

Lol I must say, this is quite entertaining and impressive for a 5 year old. It was a nice little time waster with an imaginative plot only a 5 year old could think of

Very very nice. That's a big step for 5 year olds around the world!

I'm just happy my parents stop complaining to me that making games is a waste of time after they discovered my game design document hidden away. There are really some great parents in the world out there today. 8D

Did she really make the whole thing, or just the animations and voices? I didnt read the page.

I'm pretty sure she did the drawings, voices, dialogue script, and everything except the family all did the music part and probably the coding was by the dad. Still her game design though.
It was hilarious though, her dad said that she made more $ in one day of this game than he did with all of his games combined. (Donations are going to her college fund)

This well damned impressive, wow. I was only dreaming of making games at the age of 5, this girl is actually making games I'm kinda jealous.

Holy McMuffins. I really need to get my rear in gear and start working on a game! Congratulations little 5 year old girl, you have made me feel worthless.

EDIT: Nicely done though. This girl has some big opportunities in her life now :3

Nah. It's way too smooth for that. I'm pretty sure that a family member did the coding and those smooth animations, and if they claim otherwise they're lying.
