Funnily enough I installed windows on a mac today, so I actually know exactly what he's talking about.
You really should express what you're saying more concisely.
I'm afraid I don't know how to fix pressure sensitivity, you'd probably have more luck googling it or asking a tech forum. I can't imagine too many people here use tablets on windows on macs here.

I would have thought it would be installed using a disk that came with the tablet.
Or alternatively a download from the tablet companies website.

Because you are using a different OS than is likely considered "compatible" (unless you are able to find OS-specific drivers for this software) you shouldn't be able to edit the drivers to change sensitivity settings.
I've never been able to get my Macintosh computer to work with pressure sensitivity using my Wacom, but I really haven't tried much since I only have two computers that have the Mac OS. (I don't necessarily have to use a Mac to use my Wacom.)
I don't have any specific suggestions, as support for that type of thing is quite difficult to find (unless some other tech-savvy individual online has actually spent the time to figure it out) but then the Wacom software is different between versions, and actually uses a separate driver for pressure sensitivity; thus it wouldn't be across the board for all Wacoms everywhere, if you get what I mean.
