Considering that acne and ezcema all over the place is the same thing (kinda of), I share your pain.
I remember just going through a period in high school where my ENTIRE body -- from head to toe -- was covered in ezcema and I was just labelled as a walking freak. Although people never really came up to me and said anything directly to my face (because I was, like, 6'1, 219 pounds -- who would?), but I knew people were giggling and laughing at me behind my back when I was walking around school. Nobody wanted to talk to me; nobody wanted anything to do with me. I remember in gym class when I was playing in goal in ball hockey that it was SO painful to move my body -- and I even told everybody on the team that I wouldn't be able to do much -- and they still yelled at me for not making a timely save -- come on!!!
Also, teachers never really seemed to care about my skin problem at all (it was like I was invincible! WEE!!!), so I understand what it's like.
Now, my ezcema is nowhere near as bad...although I do have the odd patches here or there; it's much better, now. My only advice, that I know, and I'm not sure it might help, is to take better care of your body and skin. Try and eat healthier; take quicker, and more frequent, showers; watch your face and hands as much as you can; use a fregrence free soap; anything helps if you just take of your body.
Good luck! Acne doesn't last forever -- remember that! Sooner or later, you'll have the girls all over ya.
