So, I was just trying to think of a concept for a new game after the one I was working on recently is currently inaccessible (the laptop I had it on died, and the project died with it), and I'm just wondering if this idea I came up with is any good.

I came up with this idea back when I was working on an online game with some other people and I came up with the concept for a dungeon in the game. Unfortunately, the online game eventually flat lined along with my concept for the dungeon which was still in the works, but I just had the idea of transferring the concept of the dungeon over into a full fledged game.
First, some background on the concept of the dungeon I was working on that I would like to turn into a game. The dungeon was called BEN's Mansion, and the whole idea of it was that you went into a mansion owned by a entity called BEN and explored through it. Well, the mansion contains various myths that ordinary people (pretty much) created. These myths are: BEN (a Zelda myth), Slender Man, and the Rake (a lesser known myth that's easy to Google). Also included would be SHODAN from System Shock. In the dungeon, you would go through this mansion meeting people related to these myths who are being held as prisoners in the castle and defeating the myths as you encounter them. Eventually you would reach BEN and defeat him, moving on to face SHODAN, who was the one to bring these myths together in the first place for unknown motivations.
As for the layout of the mansion, it was quite simple. It was a simple one floor mansion with a system of caves below the mansion where the Slender Man and the Rake had made their home. BEN was in a sort of throne room on the first floor, and after the throne room the player would go through a sort of cyberspace area to reach SHODAN.

Now, with some adjustments I'd like to try recreating this dungeon in the form of a sort of adventure game made with RPG Maker. There wouldn't be any true fights in it. You would probably just be running from the occasional monster, or something of the sort. As for facing the myths, it would probably be some sort of puzzle fight, similar to how in Resident Evil games you sometimes have to run around doing things while monsters are trying to kill you like the U3 fight from Resident Evil 4. As for the mansion, it would be expanded to a 2-3 floor setup, and the area around SHODAN would be redesigned to be a high-tech area of some sort, as a possibility.
Also, I'd expand upon the story of how the people trapped in the mansion are related to the myths and more on the back-story of the myths themselves through speaking with the aforementioned characters and notes lying around the mansion (similar to how in Amnesia: The Dark Descent, notes were scattered around that provided the back-story of the game). Of course, I'd find a way to make it so that the protagonist isn't just some silent random guy who just happened to stumble upon the mansion and decided to go through it. I'd be sure this person would have a background and that he/she has a reason for going to the mansion other than just randomly finding it.

So, that's my concept. I'm wondering if there are any questions or comments about it, or if it even sounds remotely interesting in the first place. And if any of these myths sound new, I encourage you to look them up and to find out more about them. Some of them are truly scary in some places (such as the Slender Man with its many series: Marble Hornets, Every Man Hybrid, Twelvetribes, etc), but they're still worth looking into if you can stomach it. I know it'd be hard to make a game like this that's interesting and can still instill fear in the player, but I'd like to give it a shot of the idea's good.
