For those of you who don’t know, RRR used to have its own TWEWY roleplay. Unfortunately it died due to lack of activity. Since I had a document outlining a TWEWY roleplay myself before Satou Asahira made it. No point putting that work to waste, so I thought I’d try again, this time making a few changes that will hopefully make it run more smoothly. With that out of the way...

Story:

Those who die in Shibuya are given the chance to participate in The Reaper’s Game: A one-week competition with another chance at life as the ultimate prize. You have the misfortune of losing yours, and now faced with a decision. So, will you compete for another shot at life?

Terminology: I’ve summarized the terms you should know to get started if you’ve never played the game. If you have, you should be familiar with these terms so feel free to skip it.

Summary
The Reaper’s Game: The Reapers' Game is a one-week competition in which those who have died may participate. Every contestant is called a Player and is given a player pin as a sign of their entry. Every Player must give up whatever is dearest to them in order to participate. This entry fee can be physical, such as mementos or people, or more fiscal or immaterial such as one's appearance, dreams, or memories. Each player must forge a pact with another player to prevent Noise from attacking them and to be able to use psychs. Each player pairing must then survive seven days or be erased in the process. Missions are orders given by the Reapers to players, usually, on a day to day basis. If a mission is completed by any Player pairing, all Players that survived move onto the next day. However, Players can be erased by Noise or by failing the mission.

A pact is the partnership between two Players during the Game. The pact is not simply an agreement; it is a binding force between two Players, and its benefits are vital to their survival in the Game. A Player whose partner is erased has seven minutes to make a new pact before being erased him or herself. A pact is required to activate any psych abilities and protect the Players from unwanted Noise. Without a pact, your only option is to escape from battle.

Scanning: refers to a Player using their Player Pin to read minds of people around them, save for others with a player pin. Another function of scanning involves searching for Noise hiding from view, or perpetuating negative emotions amongst the common people.

The Underground, or UG for short, is an parallel plane of existence, the half of the Game that only reapers and players of the Game can see. It exists in the same space/time as the Realground (RG). Those in the RG cannot generally see, hear, or in any way perceive events and people in the UG, while those in the UG can perceive RG events freely (though physical interaction remains difficult.) Certain designs (emblems) can connect the UG and RG, permitting Players to be seen by and interact with RG people and objects.

The Realground is the plane of existance that can be seen by living beings. The RG is the plane that exists just below the Underground (UG), which allows people in the UG to see people in the RG but not the other way around. Even though the people of the RG cannot see those in the UG, they are still influenced by players, Reapers and the like. Brands become popular if players wear them into battle. People in the RG can only see people from the UG in marked shops.

The Noise are a race of beings, summoned physical forms of Soul bound to a Pin, incarnated between the Underground and Realground planes. Because they straddle the border between the two planes, they are able to exact an influence in both, being physically present in the Underground, while capable of influencing people's thought in the Realground, typically resulting in negative emotions on the victim's behalf. Throughout the week you may be required to fight these noise to advance.

Pins: Pins are the medium to which a person channels their psych to fight against the Noise.

Reaper Creeper is a way of communicating with the paranormal, similar to an Ouija Board. It is meant to answer a person's question or solve their problems by communicating with a "Reaper". Some missions may involve the use of this game.
Tin pin slammer: This universes version of Beyblade. Some missions may require you to participate in this pastime.

Ranking:

Player: As the name suggests, these are the Players of The Reapers' Game. Everyone starts as a player.

Reaper: are a type of administrator in the Game. They are identified by the black wings on their back, which are a manifestation of their supernatural powers.
Reapers are recruited from Players who have survived previous runs of the game. If you survive until the end of the week, you may apply to be a Reaper for subsequent weeks. Applying may not guarantee a Reaper position.

Rules:
Obey all the RRR rules. No godmodding, no excessive language, grammar, and all that Jazz.
As for some specific rules of the RP...

Characters: You can have a maximum of one character at any given time. If any of your characters are erased, you may create a new profile for the next game.

Activity and Character Death: If I feel your activity in-game has been less than stellar, I will terminate your character. If you want, you may create a profile for the next week. If you don’t think you can boost your activity than I recommend you don’t make a new profile.

Timeline: This RP follows a schedule of in-game days. There will be a mission assigned each day for which the players are to complete. Once players have finished a mission, we will move on to the next day. After day one, if a team completes a mission, everyone else will have passed as well.

Signup: Signups will be closed as soon as Week 1 begins. Anyone else who wishes to sign up may do so, but must wait until the subsequent Week in order to participate, though I may make special exceptions based on the current state of the RP.
