Are you using Chrome?
If so, AdBlock literally does nothing. I mean sure, it looks like it hides the ads, but they still load, and sometimes it gets past AdBlock.
Also what's your Antivirus?

Aren't they beautiful? It's a pain, because I would love to use their product, but I don't live in the US or Canadia, which makes me wonder why I'm getting this particular ad every time I log on...

I've also noticed that there's a lot more ads if you use the IPB skin (at the bottom of the page, there's a drop down window that says RPG RPG Revolution, there's also IPB something something something, select the latter and go to the forum home page!).

I use noscript and never get any ads. I am not advocating that at all, I merely only allow one or two websites to use scripts out of mainly paranoia.

That said, that does seem a bit much. Maybe they're just trying it out to see if they want to switch from one to the other? Or perhaps they meant to add it to the IPB default theme with at current has no ads I believe.

Probably - now they have been asked to change the Logo on there. They know people will be checking that one out.

I Entry- who own the site change the adverts on a regular basis.

I use the normal RRR skin because I'm boring and I use Firefox. Yesterday I accidentally loaded the V3.6 instead of 4.0 and I made this topic after I switched back to 4.0, so maybe my adblock was reset on my FF4.0...

Like I said, it's no big deal and I'll just block it, but I was wondering if they were new.

Edit: Just checked my addons and Adblock was uninstalled. :| I reinstalled it and teh ads are gone. Yay.
