Its just going to be like a normal school, In a normal seclueded area, Where we do normal stuff. Just like back at home in the human world...right?
Viola's hopes were shortly dashed as she walked to the front of her bus, smoke from the driver irratating her eyes she cautiously moved into the open. The gentle breaze was quite welcoming, to bad the scenary wasn't. First impressions of the school were looking quite dreary for Viola, with the blood red sea in the distance and nothing but dead trees bulked together in what looked like a dead forest, and the tombstones placed here and there didn't help its cause either.
"Is life on this end really this different?" She looked at the rugged landscape, her hopes crushed as her colorful hair brushed her soft cheek. She let out a soft sigh and started dragging her suitcase behind her. It was her own fault for being sent to the monster school, she would just have to suck it up.
She tried her best to stay on the path that the signs marked out but it seemed so much more entertaining to trek her own path. "I should of thought this through a liiiiiittle bit more" She mumbled to herself as her legs where getting pricked and scratched by the local plant life. Viola was not used to wearing skirts, but she decided to wear one for the first day at the least. She did finally make it back onto the path though, albeit a little cut up and messy looking.
(OoC: It is finally up, as you can tell, I'm taking the "just arriving" aproach. Do what feels natural. you dig?

(OOC: FEEEEEEER DA WALLLL OF TAXT *Read it out loud if you don't get it*)
Hiroshi hopped off the bus right after Viola, staying at the area a bit longer to explore the scenery, he chuckled playfully as the landscape just seemed weirder and weirder. "Well, you know how it goes, some people like pretty flowers, some like gnomes and some like tombstones." He joked to himself as he started making his way forward, towards the school, he was carrying a simple backpack and was alredy dressed in his uniform, the unbuttoned coat showed a white shirt with a black skull on it. He jolted his head up, remembering that his mother had asked of him to call her as soon as he arrived at school. "Ehh...? No signal?" He said as he tried to rise his cellphone up but to no avail. "Oh well, they must have some kind of phone around here, i'll just use that..."
Hiroshi kept moving forward through the tail, until the sound of flapping made him look up into the sky. He saw a small bat flying by himself on the sky, the bat looked down at Hiroshi. "I am a bat!" And then flew off on it's way. Hiroshi simply stood there staring. "...Okay..."
Meanwhile, alredy in the school...
A young couple argued in secrecy, behind the female dorm building. The girl shook her head and sighed. "Ohhh...Jiryu-kun, please don't make this seem like more than it actually is...We hooked up once but i'm not your girlfriend, all right?" The boy frowned heavily, his eyes sad and his arms crossed in annoyance. "B-But...I love you..." The girl shook her head with a grunt. "We were together for one week, how can you say you love me?" The boy did his best to try and sound romantic, but his voice came out mostly as pathetic than anything else. "B-But...I..." The girl grunted again. "Whatever, my answer is no. I don't like you, don't try to contact me again." After saying that, the girl stomped out towards the school.
The boy simply stood there for a moment and then dropped to his knees. "This...This isn't fair...When i finally get together with her..." He then did his best to try and raise his head from staring at his shadow and then try to stare at the sun...Wait a moment...If the sun was facing him, shouldn't his shadow be behind him...? Just as he realized that, two red eyes opened in his shadow. The boy stumbled backwards, scared. The shadow slowly crept it's way towards the boy, he wanted to run, but it was like an invisible force was preventing him from doing anything and he simply let out a loud yell. His vision went dark.
When he woke up again, he found the girl from earlier staring at him. "What are you doing...?" She'd ask. The boy looked around confused, he was going to try and get up but his felt felt awfully weak and tired. "I...I don't really remember, i just remember a shadow or something, my body hurts..." The girl shook her head. "Tch...I can't believe i came all the way back here for nothing..." The boy's eyes widened. "You...You were worried about me?" The girl sighed. "Yeah yeah, here let me get you to the infirmary." She helped him up and started taking him to the infirmary, the boy's eyes gleaming with happiness. "So...You said you were attacked by a shadow?" The boy snapped back into reality. "Y-Yeah...Why?" The girl let out a short 'hmm' and then explained. "Well...There's been rumors about some kind of...Ghost or something that attacks people when they're alone and sad..."
The boy blinked. "Really? Hadn't heard of that..." The girl shot at him with her eyes. "That's because you're a social pariah who doesn't talk to anyone..." The boy dropped his head. "A-anyways...What happened to those people?" The girl shook her head. "Nothing, technically, they're just left very scared and tired..." The boy frowned. "Ehh...That's a bad story, it's not creepy at all." The girl raged at him. "It's not a ghost story, you idiot, it's what has actually been happening!" The two of them continued on their way to the infirmary.
Indeed, there had been a story going around the school, that people who were left alone during times of sadness were all attacked by this ghost, they were later all found unconscious, their bodies feeling awfully tired and their heads aching...
At the moment, Kayria was now sitting below a tree by the entrance of the school building, watching the new students walk in, searching for anyone who caught her attention. While she stared at the others, she had a small temaki in her hands, she'd ocassionaly munch down on it but the gray empty pools that were her eyes would keep focused on the passerbys. "Pretty haircut...Nice eyes...Good complexion...Pretty acessories..." She'd keep making low comments to herself as she watched the students, taking a pause to nibble on her temaki every two or so remarks.

Dirus casually walked onto the school grounds of Yokai Academy, his hands stuffed into his pockets. He was alone. No group of friends followed him or grouped around him to ask him how his summer had gone. No one. His face was a completly blank mask as were his inner emotions. A chilly breeze blew past Dirus as he walked, ruffling his silvery white hair; he was only wearing a dress shirt but the cold didn't seem to bother him. Slowly he walked up to the board in front of the school with the listed classes of the school and the students assigned to them. It almost seems as though he was dragging his feet.
((Dear God Nicsp....xD))

Kou lay on his matress in his dorm-room. Being in third year ment he moved in before the younger grades, appart from a few late-comers. His stereo was playing at full blast, the rock music booming through, easily three floors of the boys dorm. Humans were an annoying bunch, but Kou had to admit they produced handy devices, and good music. The traditional taiko drum was too boring for his tastes.
The music was just getting to the good part when the door to his room was, rather rudely, kicked open.
"Hey man. I bet your enjoying your music here, but could you turn it down?! I can't focus with this noise!"
Kou placed his hand by his ear, indicating that he didn't hear a word the stranger said.
"I SAID, 'CAN YOU TURN THAT DAMN MUSIC DOWN?!!!'"
The stranger nearly pissed himself as, instead of a normal answer, and iron kanobo was flung in his direction. The blunt weapon missed it's mark, as the stranger nearly dodged, and itself embedded itself in the corridor wall, the wood breaking into splinters.
The stranger turned back in total shock. "Um... I'll just let you do your own thing then... he wimpered as he ran off.
Kou lay back down onto the matress, the intruder finally gone. School hadn't started yet, and he planned to get as much milage out of his stereo before the staff would ultimately confiscate it. Only then would things become a total drag.

Voila approached the bilboard in front of the school, scanning it for her name, her head looked up, and down, and up and down, while doing this, bits of leaves and twigs that got stuck on her pathfinding adventure came off, some flying in every wich direction, and other just dropping.
"Excuse me miss, miss, you're kinda making a mess." Another student stood by the side trying to get her attention, he let out a sigh, picked up one of the twigs, and threw it at her face, which naturally got her attention, "Do you mind moving? and while your at, getting cleaned up a bit?" The young man stood, hand to his side, with a rather displeased expression on his face.
Did that scum just throw a stick at me? Viola's eye twitched as she forced herself to keep her composure. "Oh I'm sorry, I just got lost, and now that I'm here I can seem to find which class I'm in!" She acted the ditz, all the while knocking the rest of the dirt and crud off of her. What now BOY?!
The boy let out a sigh, "Your not a third year student, your name wouldn't be on THAT list," He pointed to another list pinned on the board, "Second years, and the one beside that are first years." He shook his head and walked away.
Viola wasn't too happy about this, How DARE he! Her face went from white to red in an instant, she rushed to the other list, found her name, and stormed off promtly. It's a good thing no one saw that, otherwise...Otherwise! Her thoughts raced around violently as she hasitly walked away mumbling, with her head down fixing her hair.

Kayria had been watching everyone as they walked past her. The purple haired girl got Kayria's attention for a moment, in no small part because, as the Shade that she was, she could feel people's feelings when they were strong. "Anger..." She muttered, and then watched the girl stomp away. When Kayria went back to look, someone else was standing in front of the list.
Hiroshi ran his finger through the list. "Jayith...Jude...Junichiro, here we go." He mumbled as he searched his name through the list. "Classroom 2B...Got it." As he said that, he made his way towards his classroom. He stopped for a moment to grasp the awe worthy image that was the school, he had been to a lot of private schools before this one but damn, this one was BIG. He let out a short 'ahem' and continued on his way as soon as he realized he had been staring at the school with his chin pointed upwards and his mouth slightly open.
It took him a while but he finally found his classroom. "Here we go, classroom 2B." As soon as he opened the door, he immediately jumped back, surprised by the image of a black haired girl which apparently had just been waiting for him to open the door. Kayria slowly stepped forward Hiroshi. "Your smell...It's...Different." Hiroshi simply stood there, not really sure of how to interpretate any of that. "Uh...R-Right...Must be the deodorant...I guess...Hah..." Kayria shook her head. "No...It's...Not that...It's different..." She insisted.
Hiroshi started getting a bit creeped out, he simply faked a smile and slowly made his way around the girl, staring at her until he got inside. He slowly made his way towards one of the seats in the back, staring at the door to check if the girl was following or staring at him. He let out a sigh. "Well, that was weird..." As he was about to turn around to face the seat he was about to take, he realized that same girl was now sitting on the table, staring at him. He jumped backwards again. "What...Are you?" Kayria asked, her empty grey eyes staring coldly at Hiroshi. Hiroshi stood there paralyzed. First day in school and i bump in it's very own special psychotic freak, i'm dead. Kayria frowned some, annoyed. "Answer the question." Hiroshi stood there for a bit longer, not really sure of what to say. "Wh-Wha? Well, i don't know what you're trying to ask me, i'm just someone...Haha." He forced a laugh. Kayria squinted her eyes at him and opened her mouth but immediately closed it, saying nothing.
Hiroshi turned around to see that the teacher had walked in the classroom, Hiroshi let out a short sigh of relief. He then slowly turned around back to Kayria again. "Well, i'll just go find somewhere else to s- Uh?" Kayria was gone and the place was now vacant again. He hesitantly set his backpack on top of the table and then sat, his eyes scouting around for a moment before he found Kayria again, sitting on the opposite corner of the classroom. A chill raced it's way through his spine. "Creepy..."

Dirus glanced to the side to see a girl with reddish purple hair walk up to the board he was standing at. He smirked a bit as another boy began to complain at her about her messy appearance and turned it into a grin when he saw that she had gone to the wrong board. Dirus let out a short sign and headed for his classroom, the opening ceremony should be soon.

Viola found her classroom, 2B, dropped off her school bag, and left for the assembly hall. She would be spending alot of time in her classroom after today, so she would rather not be in there unless she had to, least this was her logic. On her way to the hall she noticed a small group of three people bickering outside, a woman crying, and two guys yelling at each other. Better stay out of it, not likes its my problem. she looked away without a second glance and entered the building.
After sitting for a while not listening to a word being spoken, Viola was caught rather off guard as a giant figuire came crashing through the east side wall, but what shocked her nearly as much was that not a single staff member did more then look at it and let out a sigh, "Is this normal for over here?" she spoke quitely and in a rather confused tone. The teachers hastily organized the students and got them to leave the assembly, leaving them all in a tight group, which quickly turned rambunctious.
(OoC: 2B or not 2B that is the question. XD)

"Now class if you could turn to chapter three in your textbook..." said the 3A homeroom teacher just as the door opened rather loudly. In stepped Kou, who looked to be in a rather bad mood.
"Excuse me," addressed the teacher. "Just who might you be?"
"Inazuma Kou," he replied. "I'm in your class."
The teacher took a moment to look through her attendance list. "Glad you could make it for second period Inazuma. I'll be seeing you after class regarding your tardiness and disruption of my lecture," the teacher continued rather calmly. "Please have a seat."
"Ya, ya, whatever," fumed Kou as he took his seat. He didn't plan to show up to class on the first day, but some of the staff caught him and forced him to anyway. It was going to be a long day.
Apr 25 2011, 10:05 AM
Kayria had casually ditched the assembly, and Hiroshi had actually forgotten about it and wasn't allowed late entrance. He sighed, disappointedly and was about to return to the classroom. "Wait...But then i'll be alone in the classroom with that girl..." Kayria's image darkened Hiroshi's thoughts as he shuddered a bit and shook his head. "I'll just way outside of the assembly hall and i'll go with the rest of the group when they leav-" Before he could finish the sentence, the mad swarm of students stormed out through the doors of the assembly hall, leaving a beaten up Hiroshi lying on the ground, several shoe marks now stamped on the back of his clothes.

After the entrance assembly Dirus returned to his class for second period. He was tired, it had been a long bus ride to Yokai and none too comfortable. He yawned and slid the door open, walked in and sat down in his assigned seat. After the class had filed into the room the homeroom teacher began giving the class the customary speech on hiding your true form from other students. She also explained what students were to do if they found a human on the school property. Dirus had nodded off long before both topics were addressed and awoke to an empty classroom. He looked at the clock above the chalkboard in the front of the class. 12:00. Dirus' stomach growled. Lunch time. He thought and stood up then walked out of the classroom.
As he entered the cafeteria there was already a huge line up in front of the food counter. Dirus decided against getting in the line and went to sit by a window at an empty table.
May 3 2011, 03:44 PM
Listened, terrorized to the teacher's explanation about the school, his body was now shaking and his face was white. I'm...I'm stuck in a school filled with...With...Youkai...? Hiroshi scouted around the room, the paranoia swelling up inside of him. That...That Kayria girl...Could she alredy have figured me out? Gah! I'm doomed... He dropped his head lightly on the desk, alredy expecting the worse.
Kayria simply watched, her empty eyes scouting not only Hiroshi but also all of the other students every once in a while.
Made it to lunch time...Maybe it isn't so bad...Maybe i can survive...It can't be that hard. Just then, he looked around the cafeteria to see this one student ripping open a bottle of tomato juice with his bare teeth. ...I hate my life...I really do. He looked around, most of the tables alredy had lots of people in them, except by one, which only had one guy that was sitting by the window...Well...At least it's where the danger is smaller. Nitiyorasu gulped some and approached the table where Dirus was sitting. "E-Excuse me, do you mind if i sit here? All of the other tables alredy have way too many people..."
May 5 2011, 06:08 PM
Dirus turned his head away from the window to look at the student who had just addressed him. He blinked at the boy, unsure why he had been approached in the first place. Dirus shrugged to himself then shook his head at the boy and gestured to the open seat across the table. "Go ahead." He said with a casual tone of voice. The timber he spoke with was calm and relaxing. Before Hiroshi could sit down, Dirus had already turned his ice blue gaze to the window once more.

Lunchtime...Lunchtime!...Lunchtime? Viola stared puzzled at the menu, "So much yet so little choices..." She really didn't fancy anything on the list. Most of it seemed pretty foreign, and then she spotted it. The only thing on the list she knew should be edible. She stood in awe as she ordered it, "Chilli Dog!" She glowed with happyness as she picked up her tray and brought it to a table and sat down. I didn't think they would have human food on the list. She took a large bite then looked at the group at the table she sat down at, Boring student from class, annnnnd cold looking guy. She tried to break the ice, "Soooooooo My names Viola, who are all of you?" as soon as she finished the last word, another large bite went into her mouth.

OOC: Seriously, so much inactivity lately.
Kou sat in the headmasters office, waiting to get lectured again. His right leg was proped up on his left, arms crossed. Clearly, he was annoyed. After minutes of waiting, the headmaster stepped in.
"Inazuma Kou," he began, adjusting his glasses and grabbing hold of a few papers from his desk. "It has come to my attention you've been a disruption to your class."
"Ya, what of it?" Kou fumed.
"You have quite the record here Inazuma. One long list of violations, indecency and overall anti-social behaviour. You know these demerits on your permenant record carry over. I have the authority to expel you."
"Well, then just do it. I'm sick of being here anyway."
The headmaster shook his head. "No Inazuma. This is a reform school first and foremost. Expelling students who go on to be troublesome monsters in the real world, isn't good for our image. So..." The headmaster paused, the human face partially transforming into a Yokai Kou had never seen before. "You either do something about your attitude or I'll make your life a living hell."
For the first time ever, Kou broke out into a cold sweat. The headmaster was truely a terrifying sight. He swallowed, nervous about the situation before finally speaking up.
"Just, what the hell do you want me to do?"
The headmasters appearance returned to normal, his facing doning a smile. "First off, cut down on the language. Second, join a school club. The school provides its services for your well being, and it's about time you made a contribution to show appreciation for it"
May 30 2011, 02:15 PM
(OOC: Gonna do a bit of a time skip, for Hiroshi, at least.)
Hiroshi would be standing outside, staring at the board in front of the school which signalized which clubs would be avaible to joining, apparently he'd be stuck in there for, at least, one month. Might as well get to know the school...The students...Act natural...Try to survive...No danger at all...Nope...
Hiroshi jumped back, scared by the sight of one of the teachers. "What are you doing out here alone?" Hiroshi let out a short 'ahem' and explained himself. "I was checking the list for clubs..." The teacher crossed his arms and stared at Hiroshi for a while before saying. "As you say...Just be sure not to walk around alone like that too often, there's someone going around and attacking students who are left alone." Hiroshi blinked a few times, as he listened. "I see...Wait...Does that mean you don't think i can be that person? I mean..."
The teacher interrupted. "I can tell just by looking at you. You're too weak to attack anyone." Hiroshi dropped his head to the side, feeling denied. The teacher gave a short nod and then walked off again, again repeating for Hiroshi to be careful. The boy sighed and looked back at the board. "Recently formed club...Radio-club...Sounds interesting." He'd say, his finger stopped above the announcement for it as he pondered it for a while.
Jun 9 2011, 04:52 PM
Another door slammed shut in Kou's face. He had only spent ten minutes at the kendo club, and he was already kicked out. Apparently, those who practiced Kendo didn't appreciate having there equipment broken over there skulls.
"Whatever," spat Kou as he made his way to the next club. "I didn't want to join such a boring club in the first place!"
