Just playing around with possible new class when I thought of one.
I just called it the scholar...
The way I thought of it was this character can learn every skill. (Like blue magic sort of thing)
but his stats are not that good so even if he had the most powerful teckniques, he won't be
doing much.
What I added to this idea was the ability to teach this skills to thier allies.
Mages could benifit from Learning magic spells while have no real need for physical teckniques.
&
Warriors could benifit from Learning physical teckniques while have no real need for magic spells.
as a character design, what do you think of this Idea?

I like it.
The scholar could be a temporary addition to the party, discarded once the party learns everything they can.
Or the scholar could also learn new skills as the game progresses, and subsequently teach them to the other members.
It would have to be balanced with the progress of the game, maybe members can only learn one skill / per <time period>,
but it also adds a nice dynamic to the party. The scholar, while valuable as a teacher, takes up a party slot. So the player
needs to manage his team effectively.
It certainly adds a bit more flexibility over having 'schools' or 'scrolls' to learn new skills as the game progresses.
