Today i was searching a way to put light effects AND fog on a >20x15 map, and i ws able to fix the image to the map =D

Well all you'd have to do is add a transparent/translucent light piece to the fog, right? Or is it not that simple? 0.0
I'll download it next chance I get to take a look at it though! Should be of some use!!

thanks, yeah, the fog method can work too, but you cant put fog and "ilumination" together, thats why i made this engine.
