So yeah, I pretty much want to know where I stand in music composition. Do I have talent or am I a complete upstart? :3

Well, it certainly is a start. The songs aren't that impressive but we all begin with a first step, don't we? =)

I'd say you've gotten off to a good start. Keep working on it, make music, listen to other people's music (which you've probably been doing for a while, I'd say), and above all, have fun doing it. No sense making music if you don't love doing it, right?
