I've never put a game online, so I did and people told me they didn't want to download RPG maker. How do I make it so it's stand alone?

You just need to include the RTP when you are compiling the game. That goes for every RPG Maker.

Is that an option, or do I have to physically put it in?

It's an option in RM2000, 2003 and VX. For XP, you have to do it manually.

Wait does that mean I have to just drag the rtp into it?
I'm confused because when I download them they play because I have al the RPG makers.
What exactly do I put into it?

For XP? Yes, you just copy all the RTP files into your project folder.
