Can games created with IG Maker be converted to play in Flash ?

yes when you goto build the game you select Export to flash.

but i will say they are big for flash games.

They also can be exported to XNA i.e. xboxlive and you could even possibly post one on xboxlive indy network...

I heard that a few games created on ig maker have been made into xbox 360 arcade games but wasnt sure. I've been messing around with IG Maker for a few days and i have to say its easy to use once you learn the basics.
