Anyone know why my autotile came out like this??



I followed these directions:

When I click to put down 1 tile, it doesn't even show up.
When I make larger areas filled with the tile, it shows up.

try editing priority in database menu

open rpg maker go to Database-->Tilesets and edit priority

Here's two links with the way Autotiles work, it's not really as simple as EB made it out though it's really effective.

If you're not wanting to show your autotile then the only advice I can give is to look at ones that do something similar to what you're wanting to do and learn from that.

That helped a whole lot! Thanks. My issue was I didn't know the bottom had separate parts in it, so I had it too small.
