Edit: found it! This... kinda needs to be organized a bit better, or at least have site titles so we know where we're going. Also, I'm looking for a link for that Muzi site (Japanease MP3 site) that I was on that old link as well, again, it had a HUGE selection of MP3's and resources that... alas, this topic seems to have disregarded.

A range of music sites (all japanese) have now been added for downloading mp3 as well as midi and ogg files.

I found a new resource site... kinda... it's for DBZ sprites, but the sprite artists there are picky, make sure you use the ones they give permission for, and make sure you give credit for the sprites you use. That's all.
