I just got done going throuh every script on the Chaos Project rpg site and I'm sure every one of the features you're looking for is there. I have some. There's even one to link night and day to your cpu's internal clock to get a W. O. W. affect. Just a bit of advice from my own probs, if you want help with a game you should give more details about it to get attention. You gotta interest people with something that stands out. You're definatly not the first wwith this kind of game idea.

I'll tell you one thing straight off about a weather system...
If you want it to look good, you'll need to create each of your maps like 4 times
(or just 2 if we're talking Canadian weather lol).
You'll need one for spring, one for summer, one for fall (autumn), and one for winter.
Winter's a pretty drastic difference from the rest, for obvious reasons, but the rest...
Spring would have mud in certain places where there would only be dirt in summer,
as well as all the plant-life would just be budding at this point, and there could be frogs.
Summer would see the mud turn to plain old dirt, the plant-life would be fully blossomed,
and you would have butterflies and birds and the like flittering about.
Fall/Autumn would have many of the leaves missing from your plant-life,
and whatever is still there would be lovely shades of orange and yellow,
and in place of birds and bugs would be rabbits perhaps, or maybe still some types of birds.
Piles of leaves near the trees might be a nice touch, too.
Winter, again, is pretty obvious...
Your world would be devoid of animal life, except maybe those rabbits.
This goes for plants, too. They'll all have shed their leaves and will appear bare.
Everything must be covered in snow (except shoveled areas),
and piles of snow would be pretty much necessary.
Now I don't just ramble on about this just for the sake of it, but rather,
depending on the graphical stylings of your tiles, I may be able to provide some edits
as well as piles of leaves and snow and things like that.
PM me.
PS: The animals on the other hand, I did mention only for the sake of completeness. I can't draw critters, sorry.
