Heh, I suppose I should elaborate, I just joined like, yesterday and I haven't made any games or anything except for a few custom sprites which went nowhere, but I think I could do well at something like this, RPG's are my favorite genre of games and I have some good ideas.

Oh nothing much, a bit bored, the IR chat thing was dead quiet and I decided to make one of these introductory posts. Thinking about this RPG maker thingamajig idea I have, you?

Yeah, recently I haven't bothered with the IRC - seemed dead last two times I visited.

I've got ideas, but I've pretty much built them and decided to leave them at around 60% completion. So now I'm working on an old game system that isn't very popular (just to see what it's made of).

Well it involves Amazons dual-wielding sabers riding pheonix's battling dragons in mid-air, well, that's part of the general idea, but I came up with that part recently and it seems good.

Just I'm not very good at coding...at all, I looked at some tutorials and I was like...this looks like English, but it doesn't seem English...heh, but yeah.

Coding can be daunting if you have no prior experience with coding, however RGSS is probably one of the most basic (albeit sloppiest) languages I've seen recently.
A few tutorials should get you going. We've a great spot for resources here on RRR. =]
