Hello all and welcome to the domain of Rzr's Resource Pack! (RRP) This pack contains a massive amount of sprites, battlers, tilesets, icons, scripts and more! This pack contains, or will contain, resources for RPG Maker 2000 to RPG Maker VX. If there's a website, artist, deviantart page, etc, that'd you'd like me to look into please let me know either via PM or here in the thread. All of these resources are available to the RPG Revolution community. (RRR) While this pack is currently quite big in size, once I am able to get more resources for all the RPG Maker versions, I will divide the pack into sections and if the pack gets REALLY big, I'll even make a torrent file that you can all use to download the pack from other users around the internet. When using the RRP please make sure to credit all of the artists and authors for their hard work! Credits for each type of resource can be found within the pack and for a full list of credits please see below.

Below are multiple screenshots of different resources located in the RRP. These are only a few of the immense amount of resources located in the RRP.

Download
Currently I only upload the RRP to mediafire, send space and megaupload. The RRP will NEVER be uploaded to a website where you have to do surveys in order to download. A torrent download is also available.

Anytime someone helps me with the RRP (contribution, useful tips, etc) I will put their name here. If you have something useful for the RRP please post it here or PM me!

Credits
Here are all of the people (along with their contributions) that are in this pack. For individual resource credits, please check the RRP "!CREDITS!" folder.

EDIT: Very nice, I must say. Although I already had the all-in-one tileset, i forgot until I saw it. But I really like some of the icons, mainly the fishing lures! I love them, never saw any of them in my iconset, which is over 2000 icons. so I have more to add now thanks to you

About the credits, a few of those icons are made by Mack. Some are ripped from Ragnarok Online - and as such are property of Gravity Corp.

I would but this is something I want people to actually come to my thread for. Hopefully I don't sound greedy anything, but I'd like people to download the pack from here so they know who they got it from and where.

Really? I had just downloaded them all from a single person so I had just written their name down in the credits. I'll be sure to change it.

Mixed credits is something that usually spreads from mixed credit packs.

It would be mainly to then preserve them, download links become broken over time that's all.

Well Version 1.2 didn't last long. Version 1.3 is here with a whole bunch of character sets, RMXP Battlers, a new tileset and more! I've also added some more screenshots as well so you can see what Version 1.3 has in store!

. I was searching around earlier and I actually found 7 more websites full of resources. The way things are going I'm going to have gigabytes worth of resources for the RRR community.

Version 1.4 is here! I've added another 629 Character Sets along with some more tilesets and a windowskin! I've also added a userbar that is able to be put into your signature just in case you wish to share my resource pack with others!

Awsome, dowloading as we speak. these will very usefull and you provided credits because I was having a hard time finding them. hopefully you have the credits to images that I already have.

. I'll be adding more, but at the moment I've been pretty busy with some stuff. I have plenty of more resources to add though! If you want to support the RRP there's a userbar you can use in your signature, if you so desire.

I just updated the iconset with new types sadly due to the gallery's limitations i cant upload more then 2mb files so i had to split the 2.31 mb file to two zips.

you can extract the file and include it in your massive zip...

oh crap... you need to rename them to the same name... but keep the extension...

like
icon.zip
icon.z01

so yeah download frorm the two links butsave the .zip one to icon.zip and the .z01 one to icon.z01 0 as in zero
I'm trying to get ientry to fix the gallery so it will work with bigger then 2mb

:Edit i just realized... 14 types times 113 weapons = 1582 different icons lol

Hi!

Resource Packs are never a bad idea, but just for the sake of organisation, perhaps it might be good to seperate the pack into smaller packs (eg. VX Resources and 2k3 Resources etc) to save downloaders from having to sort through resources they won't or can't use to find the ones they want.

I actually planned on doing that once I got it a little bigger (I have quite a few sites to sort through). So in short, I'll have all the packs split up into smaller packs, and I'll just have the one big pack available for download as well.

Good to hear. I'm speaking from experience when I say it's a good idea. I released a massive pack once and people tended to ignore it until I'd split it up.

. I don't want all my hard work to be in vain! I would hate to use all this time to collect these resources just for people to not care about it. Maybe it'll be mentioned in the new R3 news and views, whenever it comes out again. That'd be sure to get it some attention!

And one last tip; I know you have a list of credits, but make sure you make that absolutely clear in your opening post. I had credits in my pack, nobody used them and it caused trouble.

You got it. I wanted to make nice dividers for my post (like what Kaz had in the R3 News and Views) and I was going to make it look all fancy, with all the different download links and credits, along with userbars and everything. I'll make sure to not only have the credits in my pack, but to post them in the first post as well.

also you could try hosting the file via torrent then include the files unpacked out of zip files but organized by directory...

that way people can pull the files they want from the torrent and leave the rest.

2011 Kicks off with Version 1.6 of RRP! Enjoy! If anyone has a specific website they want me to upload the pack to, just let me know. I usually use megaupload and mediafire. Anyone have some resources to submit or know of a website where there's a selection of resources?

Would something along the lines of a suggestion work? There was a minkoff battler that I had at one point of this cute little white hair girl in a pink dress. Her defensive stance consisted of her holding up a big cooking pot to protect herself. I had her all edited up, and ready for my game but then lost her. If you can find her again, or even find her sprite sheet from the original game she came from, I can edit her up, and contribute her to your Resource pack.

If they're not available already, it might be good to rip the icons from Lufia 2 (which has a lot of icons in it). I might do it myself.

websites like www.spritersresource.com would be a great place to check.

. Once I get version 2.0 I'll be putting out separate downloads for each type of resource (Character sheets, tilesets, etc) so everyone doesn't HAVE to download the pack itself for what they need. I know it's quite large and it's only going to get bigger. I'll keep the pack together as a whole as well though for people who want it all.

It's been a little bit since I was able to add anything to the RRP but not only have I added 55 RMVX scripts and a bucket full of graphics but I've also completely revamped the first post so not only does the post look super sexy, but it's much more organized, and much more professional.

~~I'm currently updating the new version (1.7) of the RRP to mediafire and megaupload, the download links will be posted shortly!~~

EDIT 2: BUMP! Please let me know if there's any resource websites that you know of that I haven't mentioned or added to the RRP.

Could you upload the resourses at Sendspace or 4shared please I cannot download them from mediafire or megaupload. Every time I try rather it is mediafire or megauload the site freezes and the download never starts. I really want to use these.

Updated the first post with a new RRP logo created by AxeRax. I also added AxeRax to the "Special Thanks" section of the first post as well

. I've been collecting quite a few resources so v1.8 will be out in a few days! Stay tuned!

EDIT: The first post is a little jumbled and messed up, however it'll all be fixed after v1.8.
