IVe made a custom tilset, im trying to figure out how to make it so i dont walk through walls and trees and stuff. Now before anyone yells newb! i know how to change the impassibility in the database. No matter what i set the tiles too- "X" "O" or the square i can walk right through walls. The original RTP tilsets work fine but my custom one seems to fail every time *cries*

If anyone can help it would be great! i keep hitting my head against the wall trying to figure it out XD

It could be the layers you are using. when testing them out, are they all on the same layer? Or that you have an invisible tile that is NOT the first default 'used to delete things' tile that could be over everything? The passability goes by what layer is on top. So if you have something you can't pass, then on the next layer over you put something that can,l then well, you'll be able to walk over it.

Make sure you have no clear tiles that are marked as passable on another layer over what you're trying to test.

I would go in, select the fill or rectangle drawing tool, select the first square in the tileset, the one thats designed to 'erace' things and draw over the whole 2nd and 3rd layer to push out any unwanted hidden tiles.

If you are STILL unsure if you have them all gone, you can temp fill in the transparent parts of your tileset with another color and load it, making all those 'clear' tiles become visible so you can see them to remove then, then make the tileset transparent again.

Which layer are you trying to put the walls, trees, and such on? If it's the base layer, you might be having a problem with that.
Resource Dragon
Your problem is in TileB. make sure the upper left tile is set to a star. So don't put a tile you plan on using in that square.

*Ah, oops heh. Taiine explained what I was thinking faster and better.*

Im putting all of my walls and stuff on the second layer. I tried placing a rree on a third layer and it worked! So it is a problem with a hidden tile- It seems my "erase" tile is whats doing it, any idea as to what that tile should be set to?
