I know a few sites for good resources. Kobra's Realm, Cherry's Site(Forgot the name, it was awesome. Perhaps someone could point me back to it?), RPG Times, RPGRev of course, the RMXP site, and some other's I've forogot.

Could anyone point me to the resource sites they use? I'd love to know.

Also I'm looking for good scripts. I'm especially looking for a good Sideview battle system and a Custom Menu system. I'd love to know what people use.

I'm also lost on finding good battlers and chipsets, maybe even animations but dunno. I appreciate anyone pointing me in the right direction and suggesting some things that'll make me a better RMXP user.

I have looked around on my own, but I'm never sure if what I'm looking at is of quality or not. The experience of others can be invaluable.

For the sideview battle system, Minkoff's Animated Battlers - Enhanced is probably a best way to go for RMXP. A lot of people are using it, including me, there's even a .pdf file with detailed instructions, and if you run into problems, a lot of people can help you out because majority of them tried this script out.

Thanks much! I shouldn't have problems with this script. However I am in need of animated battlers now, as the links for them have a few outdated.

I'm not much of an artist or spriter. I might be alright, we'll see. It just takes me forever to make anything. Boy I envy people with tablets sometimes ._. I think most my experience has been in scripting.
