You've got to be kidding me.

You're in the Tutorials and Examples section, if you're trying your best then have a look around and use the search feature.
There's online scripts out there but they're complicated and my advice would be to start off small.

Actually I'm moving this out of the Tutorials and Examples section to... RPG Maker XP section.

............Rose online is a 3D rpg game, with 3D models for all the players/items and a 3d created world... something like that is well beyond what the RPG makers here can do. Sorry, but XP/VX etc are more for the traditional style RPG's before 3D started taking over everything, games like like The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, the old gameboy pokemon games, stuff like that.

But something like Rose Online? Sorry but you wont be able to make anything like that with XP/VX or really any of the game makers here.

Try using Platinum Arts Sandbox. It is a FREE 3-D game maker. Get it, Use it, Enjoy.
And I do belive they just released a new version not too long ago.
