Not really sure if this is the right place to put it but I need help with this:

You see the problem is that the character is too far away from the Tv and can't get any closer.I tried to do the passage thing in the database tileset but if I do that you'll be able to walk underneath it.So is it possible for me to increase the walking limit without having to walk underneath the tv?

I'm not sure if this will work but it's something to try
in the tileset area place go to passage (4 dir) and
on the tile make it so the bottom of it is an arrow and
the other sides are the dots

I once had this problem a while back. Its your settings. Make the bottom half of the TV a "O" and top of it "X".

See if that works. Otherwise, post the tileset and I can set it, screenshot the settings and post ^,^

just look up "pixel-movement script". i think that'll help your problem with getting close to things

I tried that but when I walked up to the Tv I could go underneath it.

I got the same results from above.


I added it in and the problem is still there plus there's like an invisible wall on the sides of the rug.

I putted it in and tested the game out and got the message Script "???" line 9:Syntax Error occured.

that script was not what i thought it was ... it was a 8-directional movement script lol....

Change Tileset Priority for the top of the television. If you have it set with stars on it and any points the character will indeed walk under it... If you don't, the character can occupy the same square without any problem...

Thanks but somehow the problem just disappeared and everything is working fine now.
