Please note. Zipfile resources were uploaded using Megaupload. Sadly all package links have gone. These resources were submitted to 66rpg by their users.
Since the site is no longer accessible these resources are being shared and credit should be given to:
' User submitted content via 66rpg.com, the original creator is unknown '
RPG RPG Revolution is not claiming these resources as their own or created by members of their community, these are
being distributed on behalf of the members' time and effort that went into creating them.
So many resources, many locked away, literally mega gigs of resources Iv'e collected over the years to share.
Iv'e decided to title and group the resources by their type, eg, face sets, tile sets etc so it makes things a
little easier. As new resources will be added periodically, do remember to keep looking in.
Quite a few are for RMXP such as tile sets, but most easily adaptable for VX users.
Minkoff Animated battlers BOF style.

These are great for adding pans etc.

Thanks everyone

.
So much to add, it will take a while just to add the BoF style battlers alone.
Iv'e spent most of tonight breaking down the battlers into smaller files as they were originally huge
to start with. There's more to add too, so those wanting other resources, I will get there eventually.
These last battle sprites have all the action poses, but you will need to set them to your template
depending on what system your'e using. The sprites are simply beautiful.
More to come....keep checking the first post.

Just a quick post here to say Iv'e started to add some iso battle backgrounds and will add more
over the next few days. Those with BoF systems will fall in love with these.
For those using direct side view, there are many to come later.

This is really excellent material. I appreciate you posting it. Love those battle sprites - I'm hoping they having matching map sprites.
darkhalo
Sep 12 2010, 03:22 PM
@Scarred. Glad you mentioned that. This is something Iv'e considered in the whole plan of things...
As for character sprites to match the battler sets, yes that will apply too when they get posted up !
@Xeyla and everyone else....BoF cbs....here you are.

Just a nudge to say that Iv'e started adding the character sets (iso ones first) which will range from large to the smaller sets. I'll also be adding the straight 4 directional movement too...which I'm editing for.

Sep 25 2010, 10:41 AM
Just a quickie to say that two large icon files as well as a start with panorama's have been added.

.
As tilesets are next, anyone have any particular type to go up first, ie RTP style or iso types etc ?
literarygoth
Sep 25 2010, 01:07 PM
I'd like to see whacha got for RTP type, but the ISO tilesets sound mighty interesting as well.
I'm as excited as a kid in a candy shop with no parental supervision and $1000 to spend

Thanks for the referal Holder.
@Pinky. Surprisingly these resources are widely available to the RM public in the eastern parts.
66rpg.com went down in the summer of 2009 and all ftp link resources too...so just refer credits
to the unknown creators who submitted them via 66rpg.
Anyways, to date have added a few RTP type tilesets (non iso).

I read the top post I just didn't understand it. Thank you for clearing it up I'll be using these giving credit to the unknown creators. There is something you need to know though. For the characterset pack you should translate the name of the files or rename them in a quick way. I cannot rename 202 files, but they won't import into RMXP unless they are renamed for some reason. Is there a quicker way to rename 202 files or away to get them in RMXP with the eastern language names?

Apologies Pinky, but you will need to rename manually. I did one one character folder...too many to do as
they are quite hefty really.

The tilesets are converted in Paint Shop in the usual way and then imported into RM as normal. Hopefully, promoting and
showing the use of these 66rpg resources will inspire some developers to use them or for ideas. Alot of the resources
found (and posted here) are isometric, lending a 3D look to the sprites. Combine that with an 8 way movement script
and the opportunities are endless. Any requests, please feel free to ask.

I could use some chinese tilesets if there are any in this type.
darkhalo
Dec 8 2010, 01:38 PM
@Spirit_Master_X. I can certainly help you out there. Infact, I'll add more tilesets at the weekend. Like Holder said,
maybe adding some game maps in this thread will give people an idea how they could be used.

Now added. ISO room interiors. Iv'e bundled quite a few here which match each other well. You will need to adapt
these into tilesets, so get your favourite editing program out and put it to use.

If there are enough members interested in using the ISO view, (quite a few already) and want more material, then just
let me know and I can upload more of this including exteriors.

Hi Xeyla and all

. Apologies for the absence, what with a new house move, it meant packing away the
desktop (meaning anything RM associated was put on hold for a while).
Hopefully will be connected up properly in early Feb to fast broadband meaning I can download more
resources again.
As for VX material, yes thats all to come, including windowskins !
