Me and Fairy did some brainstorming the other day and went on developing for some time until we got this thing ready for your guys, let's not forget Sparrow's suggestions and feedback regarding the elemental powers, thanks Sparrow! In this RP we are all likely to start as enemies but later on we'll have to team up because *BEEP*. Uhh...Weird...It won't let me say that *BEEP*. ... ... *BEEP* Okay, who set up the automated spoiler hiding?
Story so far...
Big.
A hundred years ago...
The seven islands of the Elysium Archipelago lived a peaceful life, each kept to their own affairs but at the same time tried to help, trade and so on with the others. Each of these kingdoms were gifted with an amazing gift, and at the same time a terrible curse. The so-called Dists. Unusual rips in space wich spawned monsters upon the land, but sometimes, these Dists spawned objects, mostly rocks. These rocks could be refined and turned into jewels, these jewels give their carrier amazing power, power to control the elements. Each of the islands was known for having a special king of jewel that allowed them to control a certain element each.
The land of Allok, to the far east, had control over energy. The ability to contro heat, energy and matter, sometimes to combust their enemies into ashes, at others to shoot thunders out of their fingertips. The land of Nerune, to the west, had control over liquids, the ability to control almost any liquid form and turn them into deadly weapons against their enemies, some more experienced water controllers were know to be able to control the liquids one's body, making their enemies explode in a gory mess. The land of Gaia to the north-east, control over the ground. Able to create earthquakes with a single stomp of it's foot or crush their enemies with sand. The land of Zephyr to the north-west, power over the wind. Being able to create small tornadoes around themselves, shielding themselves from almost anything. Stronger wind controllers were know for being able to simply remove all air around someone, slowly suffocating them. The land of Nocturu, to the south, controlled gravity. Upon activating their abilities, huge purple energy shield appeared at the limits of their range areas and was someone to come inside that area, the gravity controller was allowed to push, pull and fling around that person like a ragdoll. A few of these controllers were able to crush their enemies and turn them into bloody pulps in a matter of seconds. And finally, to the north, the land of Lambence, controllers of time. Being able to slow down and speed up time as they see fit, stronger controllers were know for being able to stop time and teleport around at will. There are even legends of extremely powerful light controllers who supposedly managed to rewind a few seconds of their lives.
But there was one island in special, the land of Emlid, standing in the middle of all these other islands. For a long time they were know for not possesing any kind of jewel. But one day, a dist opened in that land and brought a gigantic rainbow coloured stone to the kingdom. That stone, upon being refined and tested, was proven as being the universal jewel, allowing it's carrier to control all of the elements almost simulatenously. The Kingdom of Emlid, taken by the power of the crystal, attempted to take control over it's neighbors. They almost would have done it, weren't it for the fact that, at the last moment, all of the kingdoms united themselves in a single desperate blow to Emlid. Hundreds of controllers from all of the nations, united themselves and used their joined powers to completely exterminate the land of Emlid. The whole kingdom was slaughtered, not a single person from the entire island left alive. The day where this happened became know as "The Massacre".
However, by the time the attacking group gotten to the castle and slewn the king, the gigantic rainbow-coloured jewels was nowhere to be seen. The nations alredy became slightly suspicious of each other by then. The kings and queens of each island discussed what they would do with the jewel once it was found. Some suggested it was destroyed, others for it to sealed away. Some of these claims were true and others were actually lies to cover up the sovereign's true motives, to take that jewel for themselves. As the discussions heated up, the whole council declared an all-out war against each other, setting the ruins of the kingdom of Emlid as their battlefield. This war has been going until today, until a group of people who were on the battlefield, while protecting themselves from Dist spawn, bump into a series of discoveries that will bring an end to war, whether that end will result in peace, victory of a few, victory of one or utter destruction of the whole archipellago is unknow.
Religion (Yes, this RP has it's own)

Introduction
The religion in Elysium is that of The Wheel, their symbol is that of a giant golden wheel, divided in several small nodes making the circle around, a big obsidian sphere standing right in the center of it, surrounded by white. The back of the wheel remains always hidden, but it consists of a shimmering black metal disk. The religion's myths explains how most things in the world work so the majority of the people in Elysium put their faith into it without question.
Origins
The whole concept of the Wheel is about balance, the several smaller nodes around the wheel represent the many elements (Fire, water, earth, wind, light, darkness, etc.), all of these "planes" are connected through the ethereal realm, wich covers up most of the wheel. At the center of the Wheel we find the Material realm, wich would be the one where humans reside. The Material realm is made of the union of all of the planes. Covering the whole back side of the Wheel we have the Imaterial plane, it is believed that all of the universe was once completely engulfed in the Imaterial plane, wich is the embodiement of nothing, but from nothing was born the god "Emelth".
Emelth eventually grew tired of the nothingness he lived in, and created the first living being in the world other than himself, his creation was nothing more than a simple humanoid form with a bland personality, resembling his. The creature amused Emelth for a time, but not long, Emelth thought it would be best if he created more beings to exist with him, Emelth then created more and more copies of that creature, but then he realized something, all of them were exactly the same, they thought exactly the same way, and always seemed to be the same person, Emelth would frequently mistake one for another.
Emelth then decided he needed to find a way to make each of them different, and imbued each of them with essences Emelth created, the now so called "elements". Now all of Emelth's friends had personalities and appearances of their own, although some of them didn't get along with each other very well, they were always very happy, thus was born the first family in existance. The creatures Emelth had created eventually grew jealous of Emelth's power, some wanted to use it to uncreate their brothers they did not get along with and some just also wanted to be able to create out of nothing like Emelth could. When confronted with that issue, Emelth divided his realm in half, he gave one of the halfs to his creations, and gave them to power to create and uncreate on that half as they saw fit.
With time, each of the creatures created for themselves their own part of their dimension, and divided it equally amongst themselves, thus the front of the Wheel was created. In each of their parts, each creature created beings and worlds based on their own liking, but unlike Emelth, these creatures had no attachment to their creations, and gave them now power, instead, on each of their realms, these creatures were Gods, thus they received the name of Elemental Lords. But eventually, greed and jealousy once again grew in the hearts of the Lords, and they started expanding their domains and trying to take over the other Lord's lands.
When Emelth realized what was going, he created the Ethereal element and realm, ruled over by no one. The Ethereal realm instantly expanded as soon as it was created, flattening the domains of the elemental lords to the outskirts of the universe, and locking them inside them. The Elemental Lords were furious with that, and in response they all attempted to attack each other from their realms. All of the Lords attacks met in the center of the Ethereal Realm, and collided. From the resulting explosion was born the Material Plane, the fusion of all of the realms.
For trying to attack each other once more, and accidentally creating a new plane, filled with war and hatred, Emelth became furious and locked away all of his creations permanently into the depths of their own realms. Looking upon the mixed mass of all of his creations, the Material Plane, Emelth sneered with disgust, in that "accident" he saw nothing more than destruction and corruption. Disappointed in what he had undirectly caused he locked himself away in the other half wich he had before set apart. Where he once again tried to create the "perfect" living being, and has still been trying ever since.
The Material Plane
The Realm of Men, or so it's called, is where humanity and their creations reside, it is a realm of war and destruction, peace and creation, hatred and corruption, love and purity. This realm's constant uncertainty and unpredictableness was what disgusted Emelth and made him lock himself away in the Imaterial Plane.
The Imaterial Plane The Home of Emelth, it's how the universe origanlly looked like, it's the realm of nothing and everything, it is it's own start and end and is connected to nothing. It is unacessable to anyone but Emelth.
The Ethereal Plane The "Communal" Realm, it belongs to no one, yet it undirectly belongs to all, it keeps all of the realms away and safe from each other but at the same time it connects them all and keeps them stable. It's constant use for channeling powers from the Lesser realms to the Material Realm has caused it to lose some of it's power. Sometimes, it loses it's stability for a few seconds, the results cause "Dists", dimensional gates between planes that connect the realms, wich tend to heal themselves up in short periods of time after the Ethereal Realm notices them.
The Lesser Planes
The Lesser Planes that surround the Wheel, they are each ruled over by their own Elemental Lord. All of the realms are given out as dangerous and filled with aggresive beings created to wage war for their lords. When a Dist appears it usually tends to bring creatures from other planes to the Material Plane, when anything is in a plane of existance wich is not it's own it is gifted with incredible power. Most creatures who go inside Dists fall in by accident. Due to the fact Material Plane and Lesser Plane creatures are totally different from each other they usually become aggresive and start attacking anything they see. Creatures that came from other planes are reffered to on the Material Plane as "Monsters". In a few rare occasions, instead of creatures, the Dists bring stones or other refinable objects, wich can then be worn by people on the Material Plane for them to able to call upon the power of the elements when they see fit. It is believed that the excessive use of these stones is the cause of the increase in the number of Dists.
Regarding Elemental Powers
General Element Control
Element control has a few limitations. One can slightly exceed such limitations if he has trained a lot in element controlling, but people who actually tried to do so are rare, since not only the jewels are usually only gifted to high-ranking soldiers or nobility. But also because element controlling is very taxing on the user. The average controller cannot control anything that's over 3 meters away for him or control any volume greater than his own, also, the faster the thing you're trying to control is moving the more taxing it is (By example, it's a lot easier to control the water from a pond than from a waterfall). When working together, multiple benders can join their powers to extend the reach of their attacks and how much they can control at once. We'll show an example of a group of fire wielders and a fire wielder and water wielder.
1 fire wielder at 3 meters, volume equal 1 2 fire wielders at 4 meters, volume equal 2 3 fire wielders at 6 meters, volume equal 3 4 fire wielders at 9 meters, volume equal 4 5 fire wielders at 13 meters, volume equal 6 etc etc And combining different elements is even more powerful fire and water wielder at 5 meters, volume equal 3 etc etc
Also, controlling elements near an opponent controller is considerably harder, since the opponent controller's aura can interrupt yours.
Fire Control
Ability to control energy and matter, you can heat up the gases around you to make fire and then use it as whip, you could also possibly use it to create and hurl a fireball (The fireball will no longer be controllable after it leaves your range). Incinerating enemies whole is possible but extremely taxing, usually this type of tactic can only be used by 3 wielders working together.
Water Control
Ability to control liquids in general, not just H2O. Controlling one's blood is possible but incredibly hard, usually only possible with 3 wielders working together.
Earth Control
Controlling solid materials. The heavier the solid's nucleus the harder it is to control, radioactive materials are know as pretty much impossible to control so far.
Wind Control
Ability to control gases and currents, most commonly used ability is that of creating a small tornado around the caster, easily deflecting almost any kind of projectiles. Taking one's air away from him is hard to do and requires training, but can be done by a single person. It can be easily defended if the victim is also an element controller, however.
Light Control
Ability to control time. The slower (Or faster) you make it go the harder it is to control, stopping time completely can only be done for one second. (Caster's time)
Darkness Control
Ability to control gravity, when the caster activates it's abilities a huge dark sphere appears around the caster, ending exactly at the caster's range. Anything inside that sphere can have any force applied to it in any point of it. By example, if a simple person walks into a dark controller's range, the controller can throw that person away like a cannon would a cannonball. (Other elemental controllers can usually only be thrown about 20 meters away, depending on the caster's strength.

Allok
Technology level: High Life Qualities: Average Current ruler: Atlus Allok Criminality level: Low
Allok is a huge desert, their cities relies a lot on heat and steam technology. Their structures and clothes are specially designed to sustain the extreme heats of the day and extreme colds of the nights.
Nerune
Technology level: Medium Life Qualities: High Current ruler: Anaya Nerune Criminality level: Low Nerune, at first, looks like a frozen wasteland, but the people of Nerune, with the help of water elemental jewels, created enormous domes of ice, spread around the island. Inside those domes, wich can only be reached via underwater routes, are enormous shining cities made almost completely of ice.
Gaia
Technology level: Low Life Qualities: Average Current ruler: Wilhelm "Hercule" Gaia Criminality level: Unknow, each of the tribes in Gaia fend out for themselves Gaia is brimming of life, amidst the deep jungles of the island the people live in small tribal groups, most friendly to each other.
Zephyr
Technology level: High Life Qualities: Average Current ruler: Lility Zephyr Criminality level: Low Zephyr is basically one huge plain, the little to no change in the island's landscape makes it very windy. They have piramids built around the island to keep the wind from blowing on habitated areas and also have windmills scattered all over that fuel their towns.
Nocturu
Technology level: Average Life Qualities: Extremely low for the poor, high for the rich Current ruler: Rascal Grim Criminality level: Very high Nocturu has a gigantic mountain right at it's center, the poorer people live in the slums located on the lower levels of the mountain while the richer classes live at it's upper areas, the castle is situated at the peak of the mountain. Nocturu has a very intricate political system, instead of having kings and lineages, they're mostly all dictators and to take the power you have to prove your worth by murdering the current king.
Lambence
Technology level: Very High Life Qualities: High Current ruler: The council, represented by Irina Cellyn. Criminality level: Low Lambence is a VERY advanced society and almost utopic society, some of their soldiers alredy carry flintock pistols and rifles, and at their towns they use steam powered trains for transportation. Lambence has no king, instead it has a council of twenty members that rule jointly. They do have, however, a symbolic leader, a speaker for the council that is elected every year.

Name: Atlus Allok Gender: Male Age: 25 Body build: Average height but athletic, his torso is covered in burns and scars. Appearance: Dark brown medium length hair and red eyes. His skin is very tanned and covered in several different wounds. His usual attire consists of a red long vest, decorated with several designs of flames in gold and black, also wears black and white shorts. He uses long black leather boots and has several wristbands on his...Well...Wrists. Non-Elemental Fighting Style: Dual falchions Faction: Allok Kingdom Biography: The recently deceased king had four sons, three of them died of mysterious circumstances and the only one left alive to reign was Atlus. He's know to be a wild and charismatic ruler, most usually seen walking around the people than at the palace. He leaves most of the political affairs up to his counsellors, taking part in them only when he deems it necessary. Personality: Happy and wild, he prefers to be in the heat of battle than in a throne. He's constanly being dragged back to the palace after being found wandering around the towns or hunting for monsters in the deserts. Despite his usually foolish nature he turns quite serious when the matter is of importance, either just to him or to the whole kingdom.
Anaya Nerune
Name: Anaya Nerune Gender: Female Age: 27 Body build: Slim, tall and..."Flat". Appearance: She has long, frilly at the end, black hair and dark blue eyes. She is very pale and is usually seen using a long cyan blue dress, decorated in silver. Non-Elemental Fighting Style: Rapier. Faction: Nerune Kingdom Biography: She's not exactly the direct descendant to the last ruler, rather, she's the last king's niece. Her uncle died without leaving behind any children and so she went from the title of Duchess to Queen. She was never seen outside the palace and is know for her unstable mood. Personality: Very unstable, like the water. At times she can be calm and gentle but at others she shows a darker side of her, revengeful, sadistic and easily angered. Rumours go around that the Queen has double personality, most who mentioned those rumours disappeared.
Wilhem 'Hercule' Gaia
Name: Wilhem 'Hercule' Gaia Gender: Male Age: 34 Body build: Tall and strong, his skin is slightly red and tanned. Appearance: Dark brown short military hair, he also has a huge goatee. His eyes are dark green. He's usually seen as always ready for battle, wearing heavy plate armour and with his hammer on his back. Non-Elemental Fighting Style: Battlehammer Faction: Kingdom of Gaia Biography: While all of the tribes in Gaia fend off for their own, they have one person who they all owe obedience to, that person is Wilhelm. The tribe's leader and shaman, he obtains such a title by not only doing daily sermons but also by wrestling pretty much everyday with all of the king wannabes. Personality: He finds that wrestiling is the best of expressing one's feelings, there was this one time where accidentally broke a local girl's arm while trying to prove his love. He is also of very strong faith, his daily sermons about The Wheel are something that most locals try to see as many times as they possible.
Lility Zephyr
Name: Lility Zephyr Gender: Female Age: 29 Body build: Slim and frail looking, although she's unusually tall for a woman. (6"11') Appearance: She has light green (Yes, green) hair, combed up into two pigtails. She has also light green eyes. She's usually seen wearing light and skin tight leather clothing. Non-Elemental Fighting Style: Bladed fan. Faction: Kingdom of Zephyr Biography: The last queen didn't really have anyone to take over the throne, no heirs and she had no close relatives. The people of Zephyr decided to hold an election to choose their new king and, as improbable as it looked at first, Lility won the election and became queen. Personality: Hyper, adventure loving and possibly insane, she is frequently seen around trying to open umbrellas outside during strong wind gusts. She claims she's trying out a new method of transportation. Despite that, she good at tactical planning, usually know for coming up with completely unpredictable attack plans.
Rascal Grim
Name: Rascal 'Nocturu' Grim Gender: Male Age: 26 Body build: Slim, not very muscular and of average height. Appearance: Silver hair and dark purple eyes, he has a very pale complexion and a frightening grin. He's usually seen around wearing a long dark purple cloak, black pants, plate gauntles and boots. Non-Elemental Fighting Style: Scythe Faction: Nocturu Kingdom Biography: From a noble family in Nocturu, Rascal rose to power by poisoning the previous king. Ever since then, he took the power to himself and promised to end the Elemental War once and for all. Although many had alredy promised that, Rascal's charisma managed to convince a lot of people, giving him lots of support from his people. Personality: Cold and calculating, he follows a machiavellic way of government, where the ways justify the means and the good of the state comes before the good of the people.
Irina Cellyn
Name: Irina 'Lambence' Cellyn Gender: Female Age: 19 Body build: Slim, average height and uhh..."Bouncy." Appearance: Blond long hair, all put in long ponytail that falls down her shoulder, she wears a long silver shining dress. Non-Elemental Fighting Style: None. Faction: Kingdom of Lambence Biography: Elected as the representant for the council as the most beatiful and charismatic woman in the whole kingdom. Her whole history since her birth is know as one sucess of charisma after another, she was class president in all the years of her school and won several other different contests. Personality: Usually serious, she cheers up when talking to large crowds. She is often seen smiling and is great public speaker. She isn't simply smart, she is also very intelligent and there are rumours that even while still being the representative she's part of the council herself.
Appearance: Has light red hair, pure red eyes and a very pale complexion. He has no facial hair, his haircut is wild and irregular for, it's slightly spiky and of medium length, ending just a little above his eyebrows. He uses a long orange trenchoat filled with metallic buttons and zippers, black studded leather pants and heavy plate boots. He also wears plate gauntlets and shoulderpads. Below the trenchcoat he has a suit of chainmail for protection. He carries a heavy belt, filled with several pockets for carrying useful materials such as ropes, knives, bandages and a sheath for his sword on the back. He also wears a long light orange scarf around his neck.
Non-Elemental Fighting Style: Sword and Buckler, also knows archery, knife throwing and basics of hand-to-hand combat.
Faction: The Kingdom of Allok (Fire)
Biography: Born on a low class family.His brother, Nevarroes, was a high-ranking general in the Fire Army but was badly wounded during one of the battles. Nevarroes asked the king, whom he had a friendship with, to let Norroar keep his jewel and give Norroar and a high rank on the army. After a bit of convincing the king agreed. Ever since then, Norroar was from that moment foward, immediately put into the military training programs. Unlike most people, he started his fighting training at the age 13 and elemental training at the age of 17. He is averagely skilled in both and has studied several military tactics and formations. About one year ago, his brother finally succumbed to his wounds, Norroar's alredy quiet personality became even quieter after that.
Personality: Trying to be an example to his troops, he tries to have the personality of a "perfect soldier". He's loyal of body and soul to the Allok Kingdom and never questions any of his orders, if he were to ask Norroar to charge along into battle, Norroar would do it without a second thought. He has a strict moral code wich sees the world in black and white, good and evil. Good being the Allok Kingdom and Evil being all else. He's quiet and speaks only when spoken to, unless it's to discuss battle strategies, in wich case he just doesn't shut up, speaking even to himself as he walks around, brainstorming. Despite those traits, he's gentle and caring and tries to help as many people as possible, always. He favors diplomacy over the sword and seems to be unafraid of death, having been sent several times on nearly suicidal missions but coming out alive.

huh, you've managed to convince me: Water monk - my character profile doesn't make sense in ice cities (which I do like an idea, I just built six very specific characters) Air general - still a possibility Fire engineer - still a possibility Earth sand-thrower (Yes, I have invented a sport) - again, doesn't match Dark free spirit - doesn't match Light criminal - matches perfectly 100%. My original idea involved him being a bullet dodger, then I changed him because I didn't think there would be guns, then you made them have guns
So prepare for badass: Name: Lawrence 'Tock' Token Gender: Male Age: 18 Body build: Thin but healthy. Surprisingly strong considering his build. Slightly shorter than average Appearance: Medium-short, wavy brown hair. Bright green eyes. Radical and 'new' clothes; Thin jacket, loose shirt, etc. Non-Elemental Fighting Style: Token uses other peoples' strength against them, relying on brains and speed rather than brute force. Faction: Criminal of Lambence Biography: Lawrence was raised in the noble and wealthy Token family. He is the legitimate son of Andrea and Quentin Token, though they try to deny him at social events. They did a perfectly fine job of raising him, especially when it came to raising him for the military. However, Lawrence was a keen student, too keen, he pursued using weaponry like guns and eventually found himself involved in a rising underground sport known as 'dodging'. With the military training more people with guns and more people with time manipulation, the obvious soon ensued. People began dodging bullets. At first it was a military program, then it soon became popular among the young people. Commit a small crime, enrage police until they open fire, dodge the bullets, get caught and pay the fine. Dodging the bullets is the hard part. Token is currently the second longest running bullet dodger, earning him the title of 'tock'. Why 'Tock'? Because it comes right after 'Tick'. Personality: Tock is a happy go lucky, 'get to the top' kinda guy. He does intend to one day join the army and he's currently contacted several times a week to do just that. He refuses, saying that he won't go out onto a field of battle unless he has the fastest reflexes, and he'll only have the fastest reflexes when 'tick' dies. He's patient and impatient. He sets himself long term goals and satisfies his egomania by completing short term goals. He doesn't always make the right choices, but his long term goal is to stop making bad choices, by becoming strong enough to rewind time. So far he's knocked himself out cold by stopping time alone. His tutors have told him that it's very unlikely that he'll ever actually rewind time, but that hasn't stopped him trying. Before he got the nickname Tock he was the bullet dancer. Unlike some light wielders, he doesn't jitter about with time. He can hold a smooth transition from one speed to another, which makes it hard to notice that he's done anything at all.

Name: Joshua Grayheart, The Blind Gender: Male Age: 19 Body build: Lean and agile, however despite this he is also quite strong.
Appearance: Joshua is a handsome, young man who is always wearing a white band over his eyes. People don’t really know why, most just assume he’s blind and leave it at that. Joshua’s hair is jet black and wears blue and white robes. The robes are fairly baggy and he does not wear an over cloak or mantle, however he does wear something like a hooded scarf and will have it covering his head every now and then. On his wrists and ankles are silver shackles that have chains attached to them. Joshua wears these chains wrapped around his arms and legs in a sort of gauntlet and gaiter fashion.
Non-Elemental Fighting Style: Joshua fights by using the shackles and chains around his wrists and ankles. He's very adept at hand-to-hand combat, and in most cases will resort to grapling techniques such as the suplex and as a soldier, he's proficiant in most other types of weaponry.
Faction: No longer part of the Beowulf Squadron Alpha of Nerune. He now serves as Irina Cellyn's personal guard.
Biography: Joshua grew up in a military orphanage. He was tought that he was born to fight and protect the city he so dearly loved and he never questioned it. Even though the heads of the orphanage found him wearing the white band over his eyes they still took him in and trained him to be a soldier. He had found it difficult at first to get through opstical courses, but quickly mastered a martial arts technique known as The Mind's Eye. This allowed him to see without really seeing and easily surpass the others that were being trained. Joshua grew up and was quickly drafted into the Nerune military where he rose in rank due to his cold-hearted style of dispatching his enemies in any way possible. Joshua never used water as a weapon (Whips, drowning bubbles etc.) he only used ice and solely focused on fighting techniques that pertained to ice bending. Joshua was quickly promoted to one of the strongest factions in the Nerune military: The Beowulf Squadron. Once in this squadron, Joshua was assigned to one of four groups: Alpha, Beta, Delta and Gamma. Although all four squadrons were equal in fighting power and strength, the Alpha faction had more influential power towards the other factions. One day, Joshua was ordered to assasinate the Kingdom of Lambence's representative, Irina Cellyn by a corrupt high ranking officer. This man, in many respects was Joshua's commander. Left with no choice, he traveled to Lambence to carry out his mission. Joshua quickly found his target and proceeded to intercept and kill her. However, after meeting his target, Joshua realizes what he's trying to do is wrong and when the time comes for when he is to kill Irina, he hesitates for the first time in his life. He's come to realize the corruption of his own military and as such does not complete the mission. Joshua then swears his total loyalty to Irina and became her personal guard.
Personality: Cold and logical to the point you'd mistake him for a machine. You can't see his eyes, so people always find it hard to figure out what he's thinking. He's not a cold blooded killer, though and wont kill for the sheer joy of it, however, an order is an order and you just don't deny those sort of things.

With the eagerness to learn everything there is to no about technology, he quickly surpassed his master in the art. Master eventually died of illness, and Max inherited the business. With the moral compass of his master out of the picture, Max began making deals with the black-market of Allok. One deal landed him an elemental jewel which he used to further his research. The nickname "7" also originated from the black-market as a short way of addressing him, as well as a fitting way to label him a number. While his skill is impressive, he lacks focus, thus his work tends to be late, or unfinished, stretching the patience of his customers and getting him in all sorts of trouble. Personality: Quirky and curious. Max is the stereotypical steampunk scientist sort of guy. Give him any mechanical device, and he will have it dissabembled within minutes, studying how the parts work together. Always working on multiple projects at a time, his basement is filled with half-finished contraptions. Though his tech skills may be top notch, his manners could use some work as his eccentric habits tend to bother others. He is also addicted to smokes.

I have updated the faction info and important NPCs, the sign-up is now 100% finished. By the way, for all others that are still going to sign-up. If you don't mind, i'd like if you tried to pick an element that still hasn't been chosen yet. I think it'd be more interesting if we had at least one person of each faction.

Not really my place to say (then again I did help Nicsp design gravity so it kind of us my place ) but I reckon so. Of course, it really depends on what you'd plan to do with it. If what you're planning is overpowered it would be unfair to include it ultimately this is up to nicsp to decide though

Yes, but since he'll be obeying the volume rule he'd only be able to control himself and nothing else. So by example, you could use it to float around to a set point but it'd be clumsy and taxing, also you wouldn't be able to do anything else while floating.

Pshaw. As long as it gives someone the character's basic attributes with minimal spelling it's a good profile. You develop your character through roleplaying them, one does not need to put every little detail about their character in their character's profile.

Name: Zain Porthwell Gender: Male Age: 63 Body build: tall but well muscled, fakes a hunch Appearance: gray haird, with green eyes that show the waeryness of the old man, prefers to ware his old battle armour from his glory days in the Nocturu (that is the darkness island right) army Non-Elemental Fighting Style: uses a huge one handed mace and a square sheild in the other Faction: Nocturu Biography: from a young age Zain was palced in the care of the Nocturu army, his parents had commited various crimes against their ruler , Beging braught up by an ice hearted vetern was not an easy start to life, by the age of 16 Zain was given a proper rank in a battalion of soilders charged with keeping Nocturus laws enforced. Using his braun rather than wit Zain braught several large criminals to "Justace". Soon rising to the head of his force. With the war continuing Zain was offered a hier rank but insted he requested to be placed in the center of the battle, his love of battle overcoming his own personal saftey. For his earler help to the goverment Zain received a gem of darkness. Personality: Cocky, powerful and dim witted Zain will never hurt a child and values his friends, especily those with higher intelegence than him, however he is always too quick to jump into a fight and dosn't care for the consiquences that he may cause.

Nice profile, just one thing that needs a little fixing. As i mentioned in my first post, the leaders of Nocturu are constantly being murdered and traded by another leader. Rascal Grim is only 26 years old and only assumed the throne about two years ago, therefore creating a bit of a timefcuk (Typo is intentional) in there. It's just a little thing i thought it'd be good to comment on, otherwise it's all good. Welcome aboard!

Faction: Kingdom of Gaia Biography: Sheloves to fight, and she has challenged pretty much everyone that she has seen in Gaia. Of course, that excludes Hercule; that's just plain stupidity. Born into a tribe that is a bit low on the food chain, she had to wrestle her jewel from the jungle equivalent of a noble. It took some doing (and many rematches), but she finally won at age 16. Seeing as how she hasn't had it for long, she hasn't mastered much of it. Personality: Fang can get easily riled up, but, unless under extreme circumstances, she can maintain some semblance of sense. Seeing as how she finds words particularly useless, she doesn't speak much. She tries her best to judge people solely on their actions, but this has lead her to some misconceptions before. You would be hard pressed to find a more stubborn person in the world. She can be loyal to the point that some would consider stupidity, but she could care less about what people think about her.

Non-Elemental Fighting Style: Scimitar with a Dist monster’s tusks as a handle, and a bow. Faction: Gaia Biography: The Winslow family is a well known family in the kingdom of Gaia. They deal in manufacturing and distributing weapons, armor, and everything else that deals with war. They usually sell their weapons to the Gaian Army, or nearby clans. They expanded their trade by hiring blacksmiths, improving their trade, and sending them into other Clans. The blacksmith would now have to send back 10% of their profit to the Clements
Clements has many siblings though some are adoptive and step siblings. Clements was the third oldest child. Being in weapon’s maker family he had to learn how to make and use all type of weapons. By the age of 17 he was able to wield a weapon very well but he could only forge decent weapons. After his 18th birthday he had to learn to control his elements.
The city that Clements lived in did not share in the prosperity of the Winslow family. It was plagued with numerous crimes. Bandits would sometime come by and raid small farms outside the safety of the city walls but those do not compare to the occasional Dist monsters. Even with these problems they still have to send some of their guards to help in the war. Personality: I really don’t like to put something in personality. In my opinion people should find out about a character’s personality through the role play.

Name: [Private] Allistor Helfin Gender: Male Age: 27 Body build: A bit built and is 6"2 Appearance: Has black hair with blue eyes. Allistor wears plate gauntlets and boots but his legging and chest is mail. In his civilian clothes he usually wears a blue linen pants and a loose white button-up shirt. Non-Elemental Fighting Style: A Cutlass and a crossbow. Faction: Nerune Biography: Allistor was born in a noble’s family. Throughout his child hood years he lived a relaxing life. News of the war and death of officers did not affect him. Whenever he thought about the war he imagined Nerunian flagships sailing the sea and burning down or capturing enemy ships. With all this fantasy about the war Allistor made it his goal to join the army and obtain the rank admiral so he can lead a fleet of ships to victory. There was one problem. He’s scared @#$%less of large bodies of water. This would be a very big deal in Allistor’s life. He was made fun of by other people for this fear and this embarrassed his father quite a bit. So to try and get Allistor through his fear he got Allistor a water stone and a master to teach him how to control liquid. For 15 years of training with the stone and using a blade built Allistor confident. Though the training did help him with his fear; he’s not afraid of large bodies of water anymore he’s just afraid of drowning in them. Though he’s only been in the army one year he’s doing well (as long as he’s not on a boat). Personality: Well Allistor is sometimes happy. He also Sad, man and scared. Yeah well he has a variety of “personality”. Everyone’s character has a variety of personality. I hope.
