I've searched around here, but found nothing defined.

I Googled and found no clear explanation, or tutorials.

So, to the experienced folks out there, how do I get this crackin'?

I'd like to make use of it for, say, mini-game-like-stuff purposes. Where you have to press a specific key when indicated to execute an action out of battle, for example.

Right click->What's this? on both the Button Input Processing... in the Event Commands windows and the popup where you can choose which variable to store the number in.
