Sorry to burst your bubble, but I don't think there's a tool out there that can do that. Also, if I were you, I would use better spelling and grammar. That will get you better and faster results with others and I'm sure that you want your questions answered a quick and effortless as possible.
Back on topic, if you need a 2003 game converted to XP, you're going to have to do it manually. It will be a long and boring task of recreating maps and rewriting events, but if you really want to, it is possible.
