The Drenai Empire is under threat. The tribal Nadir people have been united for the first time by the great warleader Ulric, who has forged a massive empire in the North. The Drenai leader Abalayn is trying to negotiate new treaties with Ulric, but war is brewing and a 500,000 strong Nadir army marches on the fortress of Dros Delnoch, gateway to the Drenai heartlands. Dros Delnoch is the greatest fortress in the world, a narrow pass guarded by six concentric walls and a great keep, but under Abalayn its complement of defenders has been reduced to less than 10,000 men under the leadership of an unfit General.
The fate of the Drenai hinges on the defence of Dros Delnoch. If the fortress can hold the Nadir horde for three months, the Drenai general Magnus Woundweaver might be able to gather and train a Drenai army. However, given the odds, no-one truly believes that Delnoch can be held.
An RP about a world reforged, with the holy power of the Source. With medieval technology, a war of epic proportions happen every few decades, with new superpowers every time. In the war of Drenai against the Nadir, Ulric the uniter has brought together the barbaric northern tribes together into a huge elite army over 500,000 strong. They have also developed seige weaponry, capable of bringing down most walls. But with the 10,000 militia training, and still a week for the Nadir army to arrive, the once untakable fort of Dros Delnoch is drastically unmanned, as well as the city has grown to such an extent the 'killing zones' have became useless and are filled with defenses of the houses now there. P.S All human.

In the series, there are different types of people, each of which you can choose to be one of. You can be ;
Soldier (A militia trained in Dros Delnoch, or one flocked / conscripted to help the defence).
Warrior or mercenary
Assassin / Rogue
Priest (see below) Or one of The Thirty (see below)
The Thirty and the Priests have special magical powers brought unto them from the Source. The priests are completely pure pacifists who cannot imagine fighting in any situation. Their devotion to the Source is above The Thirty ; they go into the dreamworld and pray for guidance. They can forsee A future, and recieve guidance from the source and other members, and are universally applauded. The Thirty are similar to the preists, but have decided that instead of fighting hate with love, they should use the sword. They are despised by the priests, and are extremely low on numbers, but have a pious reputation as dreamworld hunters. They can use the Source to force their emotions into a physical and psychological form, from improving weaponry to amassing immense fear. They cannot create things from nothing, though, and need to feel an emotion to use it. They are for using weapons, unlike priests.
By the way, if you know any characters from what this is from, feel free to use them.

Druss (The Legend)
Male

Druss is a physically imposing man, immensely strong but also possessing great speed and dexterity. He has a hard, flat face, black hair and a thick, black beard and pale blue eyes. Despite his initial lack of formal combat training, he becomes known as a fearsome warrior who has never been bested in single combat. He wears the armour and weapons of his grandfather, which includes a black leather jerkin with silver steel pauldrons, black leather gauntlets with reinforced steel plates covering the knuckles and forearms, black leather boots and a black pot helmet with a silver axe motif on the brow flanked by small silver skulls.
Weapon is Snaga the Sender, a double-edged axe that is made of sharpened steel.
Weaknesses include his lack of tactical genius, and his constant literal fight and war with death ; the war with death being the reason he joined the helpless cause of the Drenai, as he wanted to retire.
