Ok, we have started to do our tests today. Growing govermental pressure from the multitude of unidentified objects crashing into earth, homing millions of dead humanoids landing all over the country, we are being conscripted into analysis of these beings. Hopefully, we can figure out where they came from.

This is... strange. Heart, human. Digestion organs, human. Respiratory system, human. Muscles, abnormally large, but human. Brain, abnormally small, but human. No Idea how this has happened. On the outside, according to our machines, they are three years premature, yet they are fully grown. Much, much more testing will have to be done.

We have done a full autopsy, we have tested for living conditions, and it seems like they are purely shells. The brain has no grey cells. The digestive system has no acids. Their veins and artieries don't even have any blood. These things may be problematic

Dammit, we were attacked. Luckily, those fools put some important statistics on the shells on here. Remember the time frame we had? Almost 8 weeks now. Not much of us left to see that time go off. Here, In UK Base Calais, there are records of 6.2 Million shells around europe. Turns out the airships moving the shells to earth are ran by laser technology ; something we have not perfected yet.

They are alive! The first shell has moved! This is amazing! (ErrOR) It has near no mental capacity, so we are going to start testing it by putting food in front of it.

After a week, they all came alive. They eat meat only, but only red meat, when they have not ate for a week. Then, we let one outside. It ran instantly into one of our scientists, knocked him down, and... and... ate him. It was horrible, I vomited onto the floor. We locked the door, but then, the things started smashing through the reinforced glass. Any humans, it would stand, even bulletproof, but these things are stronger than expected, they just headbutted the glass. After seconds, it broke. We all put the facility on lockdown, none should escape. the only problem is, there are these facilities everywhere. Hopefully, we can control this epidemic. Hopefully, hopefully... this will blow over.

It didn't. After the stations were all put into lockdown, The American Biological Silos in Afghanistan fired in all of Britians capitals ; Barcelona, Paris, London, Berlin, Rome, Venice, Stockholm, Novgorod... They were all crushed.
After almost 80 % Of europeans were obliterated from Biological weapons, the shells came out. They attacked everywhere, devastating human resistances. British mainland became a hub of shell activity ; So many research projects caused a huge outbreak of shells, losing the most advanced information on the beings. Resistant to the biological weapons, the shells feasted on the people crippled by the war. Europe was slightly better off : By the time the hive-minded shells got into their groups of thousands, humanity created bastions to keep themselves safe. The main citites were sacked off all usable supplies, as areas and territories formed. Even with the menace of the shells, though, humanity established borders and trade. The Paladins was then established ; A form of EU, but in reality a large coalition which controlled the most land and technology. Created from remnants of the British army, they formed together, and took most of France, West Germany, and North Italy, with small areas in Ireland. With the modern technology, they managed to eliminate a large porportion of the shells from major cities, but in reality, they just control the majority of known bastions of humanity. Between them, the shells have gouped together, causing extreme trade problems. The Paladins Army has mainly been tasked with expanding their 'influence', and removing the shells from land under their 'protection'.
OK, There we go. That's what I got so far. Any PRODUCTIVE criticisms or praises are welcome.
Just to explain the situation : After britian annexed France, Germany and Italy attacked them. Serbia and Spain aided Britian. In this time, Britian won, taking France and W. GErmany as well as italy. Spain was lost to portugal, so then it was also taken back by Britian. Russia signed away some western land for a treaty with Britian.
America, basically, annexed Canada after an attack on Alaska. Also, an attack on Mexico took place, which failed due to poor military assault and weakened troops, although no land was won or gained.
Weaponry is similar to now, except small enhancements allowed e.g. Better thermal scope, faster vehicles (to a degree, not a thousand miles an hour)
