Blizzard made one, like Kread-Ex said, but if you are an ine-experienced game maker, systems like these can be very frustrating. There have been many topics like this in the VX thread and most of them end with people saying that online games for RPG Maker is not good and you need coding knowledge or another program. If you are experienced, try Blizzard's RMX-OS

im not that good at ruby. i am better in python. but trying to lern ruby thanks for your replay.

No problem. Ruby is pretty confusing. But if you want to make an online game, I would suggest actually coding it. If your intrested in a way to learn real coding, there is a good book I know for kids trying to make RPGs. Just PM me.
