I believe people have been getting this problem, but for the text message event, you get to use only 3 lines and not 4. Instead of using Mass Message event all the time, is there any way to resolve this? Any help will be appreciated.

No I don't think so. The only ways is to do it by script or by the Batch Text Entry.

That's something I'm trying to avoid, because I heard a lot of people are getting tired of using it. When they go into edit, they only get to use 3 and not the usual four.

Yes, that is the downside of it. The stupid thing is that if you go into Batch Text Entry and write four lines of text, then go into the normal text editor to edit the text, only three lines are visible. But if you remove one line, the last one becomes visible.
