A Final Fantasy Crystal Cronciles RP.



Congradulations on becoming old enough and fit enough to be part of our Crystal Caravan. You have a very important duty to our town, it is what keeps us all alive. You are to go out with the chalace and collect drops of Myrrh for the Towns crystal, it is what keeps the deadly miasma out of town after all. We will do our best to support you when you are all in town, but other then that you are on your own. Good luck, and even if you cannot fill your chalace by the end of the year, please come back.

We are the Crystal Caravan for Tipa, due to the nature of the first FF: CC, we can actually roleplay along with the actual game without really having any issues, you make your character, and with your character your family is made too, so I thought it would work out as a good rp.

For those of you who didn't play the game, or those needing a refresher.



Unlike the game, we will not restrict weapons to specific races, however don't assume a Yuke who is typically a mage will be too good with a broad sword, or a lilty who is good in melee fighting, will do too well with magic.

Loved the original FFCC. lol It was like backstory, foreshadowing, little more foreshadowing, slap in the face with insane plot if you get the real ending. lol Plus, who could hate that game multiplayer?

Name: Fredrika "Chance" Okazja

Personality: Very playful and has a sense of adventure. She's also very caring and sympathetic. Extremely curious and susceptible to distraction by shiny objects.
Bio: Grew up the oldest of her siblings and took care of her brother and sister while her parents were working. Her free spirit led her to wanting to go outside of town at any cost. Her parents agreed to let her join the caravan and see the world, as long as she took pictures with their new invention: the "camera".
Family occupation: Alchemist

Personality: She tends to keep to herself, talking only when she finds it necessary. She tends to be courageous but has an unexplained fear of Moogles. Although she is quiet most of the time she knows how to be quite persuasive, making good use of her...Uhm...Features. She's also a hopeless romantic, constantly getting into relationships and then leaving them behind if they becomo monotomous. She prefers to use sneaky and rational ways of getting through problems rather than using brute force. Her selkie lineage gave makes her being unexplainably attracted to gold, jewels, fine clothes and trinkets in general. (Don't leave the caravan's money with her, seriously.)

Bio:
Her father was a member of the crystal caravan, but never made it back to the town. She's know to be Tipa's troublemaker, constantly stirring trouble among the males and sometimes getting caught for small thefts. She couldn't be actually arrested up until now because she was too young to go to jail. She uses the opportunity to join the Crystal Caravan so she can avoid prison and possibly find answers about her father during the travels.

Family Occupation:
Father was part of the Crystal Caravan, disappeared. Mother works as a bartender for the local Inn.

Anyways, i don't think Satou's character's a Selkie though, she does have brown hair, after all.

I have a question. How big is Tipa? Is it just a small farming village or a big city? Also, do you intend the group to have a moogle partner? (Nayiana would disapprove but it would still be hillarious.)

having a moogle with us will be a great benift...plus i liked painting him XD (we wont paint him that was a joke lol)

Anyways, I googled in a vain attempt to find a map of Tipa, I did manage to find one, but the actual picture was removed, but the little thumbnail version remained, so here is a horrible quailty map of tipa.

I typed "selkie" into an image site I go to and got like 50 pics. Then I was like "oops, I don't want porn atm" and changed it to safe search and it was reduced to like 10. Apparently that girl is from the Crystal Bearers. I thought it was a random Selkie but I looked it up. lol

Sometimes the spoiler tags work for me and sometimes they don't. At first I thought I messed it up. lol Kinda funny you're the only dude Omnial. Usually our RP's are sausage fests.

I can't stop laughing at that XD lol.

But ya, you got the image of the selkie from the newest CC, hopefully you will play a better character then they made her have. that game kinda made me want to give up on FF: CC.

It looked cool but I heard bad things about it. I have no idea what she acts like in the game but I'm confident I'll do a good job. lol

Name: Baron Amoraki

Gender: Male

Race: Clavat

Age: 19

Class: Swordsman/Fighter

Weapon/s / Magic: Uses a sword that was forged using the technique that his father invented. The blade is long but not very wide, however, due to the technique of folding the metal of the blade over and over the blade is very sharp and also very hard.

Appearance: He has long black hair that is tied back into a ponytail and wears either a form of light armor, leather or just normal clothes with a traveling cloak. He has green eyes with hazel specks.


Personality: A little rough on the exterior, Baron comes off to people as a loner. He's brutally honest and is not afraid to tell the truth and wil not hesitate to do so regardless of how gruesome it may be. He misses his little sister very much and does his best to survive every day so he can go home at the end of the year and keep the promise he made with her.

Bio: Baron's family consisted of four members, including him. His father owned the main branches of blacksmithies in Tipa and his mother was an instructor at the school for young caravaners. Baron spent most of his time either learning how to forge weapons and armor from his father or training diligently under the watchful eyes of his mother. Baron's little sister was the one who cooked the family's meals, did the laundry and basically took care of the whole house. Baron loved his family like any boy his age would but he never realized how much they actualy meant to him until his parents were killed on a caravan expidition. Now, living alone with just his little sister, Chloe, Baron was forced to take over the family business of blacksmithing. Baron didn't mind it though being as he had always enjoyed working at a forge. They had lived happily together for quite sometime, just trying to forget their parents deaths and move on with their life when Baron realized that he was meant for much bigger and better things. And so, Baron forged himself a sword unique unto itself, pack up his tools and hugged his little sister goodbye telling her, "Don't worry about me, I'll be fine! Take good care of yourself while I'm gone. I'll be back by the end of the year, I promise!" And with those words he waved goodbye as he walked down the dusty path that lead to where the cravaners of Tipa gathered.

Family Occupation: Blacksmith, although he is the only member of the family left that knows how to smith and forge, to keep the business running while he's gone Baron partnered with an old friend of his who was an apprentice to his father.


Jeez, I never knew it to be so difficult to write up a character and post it. Had to do this once already but right before I was to post, my finger bumped the back-page button on the keyboard and, well, everything went bye-bye. lol.

Good, and with four characters I think we are good to start, I will post it up tomorrow.

And thus the rarest sight in all of RRR Rping has been achieved...A perfect balance of male to female characters, It really is an odd sight XP

Haha, well I'm just looking forward to RPing period. I've been waiting for Omnial's list for awhile, it's too bad that some of the RPs that you posted aren't getting very many replies, Omnommers. Mah, what can you do right?

They will in due time. and if not, its everyone elses loss. XP

I'd rather a small crowd of rpers who post and stay interested, then a bunch who disappear and post once a month or less.

True enough. I mean, I think we can kinda do the Soul Eater rp, but with the ammount of people we have now, there will be quite a few NPCs. =/

I hope more people join the Devil Survivor one. I was looking forward to that one.

Honestly, I would join that one, but I'd feel outta place because I haven't played it. I was gonna borrow it from Omni here being as he doesn't care if I overwrite his game data due to not getting the ending he wanted (pansy) but I don't really have the time to start another game. I have, however, played Shinmegami Tensai: Imagine on AeriaGames so I kinda understand the concept of the COMPs and such. Ah well.

It's ok, people do RP's without playing games all the time. Personally I think I've played everything we've RP'd up to this point except for Dead Rising. That one was still fun though. You should totally join.

Lol, I'm sure we all know how it feels when you want to RP something but either no one is interested in it and the idea dies or it dies along the way because people disappear. It makes me a sad panda, but there isn't much you can do about it.

Class: 'Battle' Mage

Weapon/s / Magic: Thunder Magicites, shortsword
Appearance: Very tall, even for a yuke, battlescarred. He feels his armour is his actual body. Wears a cloak trimmed with gold leaf, primarily red.

Personality: Introvert, doesn't like to talk much. Not trivial, doesn't talk of his past.

Bio: A Yuke that had been on a caravan before, until a year ago the caravan was defeated by a rogue member who took all their possessions and left them to die. When Haruman recovered from passing out, he saw the man stealing the caravans possessions. The Yuke struck him down, took the crystal and provisions, and went for his long journey, ending in the town. He then became a blacksmith, using magicites to make improved weapons and armour. He kept the shortsword, though.

Occupation: Magiciter (?)and Caravaneer.

I see you are a yuke now? you are aware they are the physically weakest? and there is many things pointing to them not actually having a body, but just the armor and such.
