Hello residents of the forum.

Iam new to rpg maker and i would like to do a kick ass rpg (or whatever is your thing) like everybody does, BUT the rpg maker doesnt really come with such a great pack, i mean it looks a lot from a start but when you start developing the maps it gets really small really quicly.

So iam hoping that someone can tell me that theres an rtc or and bundle install of some sorts that brings a lot of chars, tile sets, titles, etc for my ambicious project the Era franchise that most likely will come out depending on your anwsers in 3 years.

I would reveal more but honestly iam afraid of rip off's xD.

Listen, if you want more resources than what the maker comes with, then you will need to do a few things. I am unsure if there is a bundle pack out there somewhere, but you may not need one. I also realize that I am a bit of a "noob" myself, but I have just recently downloaded the trial version of XP as well. While I know that this does not make me very qualified to give out advice, I feel that I should say something.

You may be able to get some resources around here somewhere, as I am sure that there are good ones uploaded. The truth is there might not be many that mix well with the original RTP. There might be even less "bundles" that will blend with the original stuff. If you, or others, do happen to find one that you like, make sure that it goes well with the RTP. Clashing graphics are usually a turn off.

I will probably end up looking around for one, and I will be sure to let you know if I find a decent bundle anywhere.

How many maps are you intending to make? The RTP seems like more than enough for a game, depending on how long you want it to be.

You also might want to think about proofreading your posts. Text is usually important in a game, and if people see that you cannot write adequately here, then they may not feel too inclined to assist you.

not at all sir iam just rusty from my spelling, iam not american or english and i dont write so well because iam just lazy and prioratize language i hate writing tehee xD same with another language like japanese because its cool to speak japanese but screw does bullcrap chinese kanjis ...

Anywho ( gag ) Starrilus that would be a big help, i dont have really a objective notion but i just want to fell free to browse RPG maker and decide from there the course of history and taking it jazz style but of course i have a basis just unordered ideias.

In my 3 years of RMXP, I have never once seen a bundle pack that you can install with a nifty .EXE installer. Sure, there are bundles out there, but you need to still install them through the manager.
I'm very picky, so I find the exact resources I need, edit a bit sometimes , and import. I even make my own a lot. In fact, the gzme I'm working on now will have 100% created characters.
You can just google "rmxp resources" and lots of stuff comes up. Hope I could help you with that!!
