Hi,

I am new to xp and working on a game. I want to make a text event when character hp becomes 0.

For example, if an actor1's hp becomes zero, maybe he would say "bad luck" and dies.

How can I do this?

i wanna know that too. but i need to make it when my character dies i get asked if i want to replace him with another

Yes I wanna to know that too, after the character die a message should appear saying for instance (the hero is talking "no, not like this")

i succeded in something close to the thing we want

cause im using xas battle system i can do a command that when hero hp is low common event apears

so when that happenes it says....i wount let you faint come back....and than you get to choose different character

but i still need it for when main character dies

It sounds like this needs a script. I'm not qualified to write one.

What would be ideal, here, is a script that calls a particular common event when a character's HP reach 0-- that way, you could customize what it does, ranging from Game Over to last words to replacing them with someone else.

Perhaps someone should go to Script Requests and ask for that...?
