Hey everyone,

I was wondering If I could make one weaopn in the game and can't be changed for the hero. but I can level the weapon (upgrade the attribute by useing certain material) instead of buying a new weapon, how can I do it?

thanks in advance
Unka Josh
What I've done is have a fixed weapon for the character, and then use Events to swap it out for a different weapon when it powers up. (I'm sure that a script could do otherwise, of course.)

Hi Uka, thanks for your suggestion maybe that will help I don't need any complex script at all. let me try and i'll get back to you once I fail on how I can do it for instance I bought something G100 from the merchant and use it to upgrade the weapon.

Hey Uka,

I just can't do it. how can I do that? for instance

1- what If I want some key item if it's available on my inventory then my weapon should go to level 2.

what I 've done is made a key item called (KeyItem) then made 2 weapon lv1 and lv2 after that I went to common event so I chose Conditional Branch ---------) page 4 (item in inventory) then chose (keyItem) underneath it chose change weapon -------) increase lv2 wepon.

and once I start I made a merchant who sell me the (keyItem) but even if I buy it and have it into my inventory nothing happen? why? help.

You need to actually use the item for code like that to work.
