Not too long ago I had a virus on my computer and I had to end up wiping the hard drive. In doing so, my RPG Maker Xp and VX programs were wiped. I tried installing them again with the activation codes that I previously used for them, but now it keeps saying that the activations codes are invalid. Is there anyone here that knows of a way to fix this? If not, does anyone know Enterbrain's contact information so I can ask them if there's a solution to this because I can't seem to find their customer support. Thanks.

I tried Googling Enterbrain, but I could not find a customer support contact information. Perhaps I'm just looking in the wrong place, but do you think you can give me their customer service contact information if you have it?

Something similar happened to me many years ago, as far as I can remember I went back to the page where I purchased XP and used the support contact on the page.
