Can anyone recommend a really good music creation tool that would be compatible with RMXP? It's just that I really wanna make my own music for my game, and right now I'm stuck with using Blazblue music (which isn't a bad thing really) until I have the means to make my own.

So does anyone have any ideas? Preferably free software as well.

Cheers!

KBPiano : http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Multime...s/KB_Piano.html

It basically turns your computer into a piano, which can then make different sounds, such as guitars, drums, etc.
Kinda hard to get used to, though.
But, it's free biggrin.gif

for a guy who has a few bucks in thier pocket i'd recommend a midi orchrestrator. I use voyetra's Record producer Midi Edition and Combine it with Fruity loops. Pretty much make a Midi than awesify it
Rukiri
FL-Studio
Logic Studio(Mac only)

I'd also recommend the midi orchrestator.
Apoplexy
Fl Studio
Plus there are loads of tutorials on youtube to produce pretty much whatever you want smile.gif

Yes, I use Fl Studio and I can confirm that is a good program. Sure, maybe it isn't like mp3 music, but if you can use it, the results are not bad at all...

I especially use FL for modern game OSTs, they come out very neat and smooth. I've got some in my link down there.
