The name of the thread isn't helpful, nor is anything you tell us in your post. What are you asking for? You'll have to be a lot clearer than you're being right now, if you want someone to help you.
search for nes and sega tilesets in google. the isnt the place for gigantic random requests
my signature has some good resources but the ones you'll be looking for would be found on google.com, ask.com, bing.com, etc like poisonshift said.
