I want to remove the battle effect when the battle starts. I also want to change the battle background. I would like the world map to remain and have a background load. Just like this:



The picture in the center is what I want to do. The enemies will appear in the same spot.


Also, while thinking about it, in the caves, it is a different background. Can I do that also?

When there's a script or something for it let me know! I haven't come across any script that does this. You may be barking up a dead tree.

Actually, I think I remember something similar, although not exactly like this. It's a battleback script that let you use the current map as a battleback when you set it to do so. I can't remember the exact script...it was a battleback script by...someone. <_<
