Is it posible to get a ATB system without aplying a side-view battle system?
If so how do I do it?

I think there is an ATB-front view battle system (script) somewhere. It's in Japanese though and I don't think it's been translated (other than in the side-view adaptation).

Yanfly is developing a system which allows ATB front view, I think it does anyway.
