I've used that program quite a bit. I don't believe it's possible to get the image without the body. Your best bet would be to edit the image with paint or photoshop.

Probably not the most effective method, but if you save the website in a complete web page format and then open the folder you can see all the armour as such with a transparent body. That would make it easier to erase the body and then place them onto other charsets. You'd then need to join up the dots where it looks unrealistic.

Frankensprite takes a lot of time though.
