Hi I need to make a scene where a character's returns home to find his town destroyed and with the tiles I have aren't that good so is it possible to make a parallax of the entire map and photoshop it to add in stuff to the picture and still have the character walk over certain areas of the map i don't know if I'm explaining right but as if it where a pre-rendered back ground maybe?

How would I go about doing this?

Once you've created your parallax add it as a resource in the Graphics/Parallaxes folder then right click on the map, map properties, graphics and add the background. Tick "Show in the editor" to adjust the width and height easily to suit the parallaxes.
