For whatever reason, some mp3 tracks take about like 5-15 seconds to play, whether it's in the Music Player, or in the Game itself. Any idea what's causing this, and a fix for it as well? I'm using Windows 7.

My guess is that whoever wrote the song intentionally put in that silence when he published it. There are reasons...
Anyways, an easy fix would be to open it up in a sound editor (Audacity is an example) and remove the silence manually.

It could also be a problem with the scripts you are using. Which ones do you have?

Download Audacity
HERE.
Download Lame Enc
HERE.
Audacity will allow you to edit the total track, and Lame is the encoder (dll, don't place it in your windows file, just put it in the audacity file so the program can find it). When you're done editing the track:
File> Export> here you can export it as wav, mp3, whatever format you wish.
Cheers mate.

I have all of the regular scripts, and none of of the songs have a silence before the start of the song. Dunno what's wrong.

Try using the songs in a brand new, blank project. If the same thing happens it's likely an issue with your system. If they work fine in that blank project, then I think you'll need to give us a demo so we can see for ourselves.
Just out of curiosity, what are the sizes for the files that only play after a certain delay?
