Whenever I want to beta test my game, I click on the green arrow icon (Game -> Play test) and see my game pop-up. At that instance, my computer just crashes. I have a blue striped screen pop up and I usually press ctrl+alt+delete. This causes the Windows 7 menu to pop-up, in which I can click cancel and return to my game. Thus, the crashes that are occurring are temporary, but a waste of time. As I mentioned, I have Windows 7 and my computer meets the system requirements. I am running RPGVX normally, meaning with no compatibility set up to Windows XP. It works fine without it, until I want to run my game. Can anyone help me out?

I know it's not the same but have you tried testing it using the Game.exe instead of playtest; sometimes I get problems with playtest and I have to use the Game.exe instead.


You wouldn't need to do this as VX is built for Vista and Windows 7 was built off of Windows Vista.
