Hello, I am using a ship tileset and it worked fine for me, but i have come back to it now after a few weeks of not being on rpg maker and all of a sudden it is over the events and players so you cant see anything.



The cannons are on Layer E and everything else is on Layer D Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Um i dont know how your Tileset is modified (and im using RPG MAKER XP currently but i've used VX before in its trial) but go back and check the priority of your tiles. Make sure its priority is 0 (nothing there) not 1 or 2 or however many VX goes up to. Even though its on the bottom layer, a high priority tile will still show above.
