this is too hard to explain, because i'm terrible at explaining, so here's some screenies:

here I have taken 500 G from the chest in the middle, and I open the 'Booty Chest';


I choose deposit and deposit 100 G from the 500 G I have.


I close the 'Booty Chest', open it again, and it shows that there is 100 G in the Booty Chest.


I then choose withdraw and withdraw 30 G


I close and open it again, and it shows that there is 70 G left.
