Hi, i am currently confused on this part for a cut scene im making in rpgvx. I have already done a few things... please note i did all the stuff in 1 event page.
3 text boxs, 1 after another
and then a guard moves right once, up 6 times and then right twice.
guard says stuff...
guard moves right twice, down 6 times, left once and then turns down.
now, i want the player (main char) to pretty much tail the guard all the way down, like right behind him. but insted of turning left, the player goes right and then down once. how is this done? i am not able to make the charecter tail behind the guard. ive tried multiple things but i just cant seem to get it to work. (sorry for posting this in a different section aswell)
and, how do i get a npc in a different map to say different stuff after a cutscene? example
1. talk to the npc and he says "blah blah blah"
2. goto a different part of map (in a diff building) and do a cutscene
3. go back to the npc AFTER the cutscene and he says "they are located in..."
i hope you understand what im trying to say. Thankyou if anyone replies, itll be very much appreciated.

The answer to the second question is fairly simple. Have a switch activate after your cutscene, and then make a different page for your NPC, activated by the switch that turns on during your cutscene. That way, once the scene plays out, the NPC will say something different. For your first question, can you post a screenshot of your event page for the guard, so we can see what it looks like?

What the— Did you post this same question twice? And you posted it once somewhere it didn't belong, so a moderator moved it, but now there's two identical questions on the same board?
Right...
