I saw people do it before, so i wanna find out how to make people talk during fight scenes? i need it for a tutorial. if anyone knows please tell. . .

I haven't been on VX in a long time, but from what I remember, you can do it from the events box in the 'troops' window. Configure the enemy team, set the trigger for the talking, and then enter your message.

Go to Database (F9) and click on the troops tab. Where it says battle event in the bottom right, there will be a box that will say "Condition : Don't Run." Click it and you can set up the conditions for the event you want to take place. Right next to the box there will be one that says "Span: Battle". This will allow you to set those event s to span the entire battle, at a certain turn, or at a certain moment.
