i tried to make an event page on the enemy's event page on the database. i set the condition when enemy's HP 10% or below

i set span battle.

i click enemy transformation to another monster, the enemy graphic didn't change and the hp didn't recover

I think you have to set it to Turn not battle, as Battle will only check for the conditions only once while turn will do it...every turn.
